Listened to my issues and focused directly on them. Very relaxing environment and very professional. Great results too. Will be returning!

I had a very disappointing experience with this Massage Addict location. During my membership, two different massage therapists made unprofessional and inappropriate comments to me before sessions even began. Because of this, I began to feel anxious every time I had an appointment, which is the opposite of what a wellness service should provide. I also had an appointment where I only received about 45 minutes of massage but was still charged for a full hour. When I raised the issue, I was repeatedly told that a discount would be applied to make up for the lost time. However, the conditions kept changing. First I was told it would apply to my next visit, then that it had to be the same service, and later that it had to be booked specifically with the same therapist. In the end, I never actually received the promised discount. The final issue occurred with my most recent appointment. I left work early and drove through rush-hour traffic to make it to my appointment. When I was only a few minutes away, I received a call saying the massage therapist was not feeling well and the appointment had to be cancelled. I understand when someone is sick, but cancelling only ten minutes before the appointment is extremely inconsiderate of a client’s time. After raising these concerns, my membership was cancelled and my credit card was removed from their system, but there was no acknowledgment or apology for the experience. Overall, the lack of professionalism and the way these issues were handled made this a very negative experience.

I had my first massage at this location this week. It was with Jason A, i gotta say, Jason was great at finding the right spots to put pressure on while somehow still maintaining a great conversation. I recommend him to anyone that is looking for a spot to get a massage as he was also very knowledgeable with any questions or concerns i had.

Extremely disappointed with my experience with this location. It’s convenient because it’s very close to my home, however they’ve cancelled on me three (3) times now all within 2 hours of my appointment. If a client cancels anywhere within 24 hours they need to pay in full, but the massage therapist can cancel 2 hours before at no cost? That’s unprofessional and unacceptable. On top of that, the only decent therapist at this location is Jason A, the rest are not good at all. Strongly recommend you take your business elsewhere as I will be moving forward. 1/5.

Christine was fantastic. She was very open to hearing my requests and adhering to them. She was also highly communicative and friendly. I was made to feel welcome right from the time I walked in. Definitely will be returning.

Hello, I am writing this email on behalf of my wife. My name is Saeed Enjavi, and I am sharing this feedback based on my wife’s experience and our discussions. My wife’s massage appointment took place on December 10 with the massage therapist Stephanie. While she was polite, the quality of the service was very disappointing. She did not respect my wife’s requests, particularly for a deep tissue massage. Despite repeated requests for proper pressure and technique, she kept stating that she was doing the massage, while in reality there was little to no actual massage being performed. Most of the time, her hands were simply resting on my wife’s body without any effective technique. In addition, Stephanie appeared to be unwell. She seemed to have breathing difficulties, possibly asthma or another respiratory issue, and throughout the session appeared to be struggling to breathe. This made the experience uncomfortable and concerning. Due to the poor quality of this massage, I decided to cancel my own appointment scheduled for December 22. The cancellation was directly related to the unsatisfactory service my wife received. However, despite this, I was charged under your cancellation policy. Given the circumstances and the quality issues we experienced, I do not believe this charge is justified, and I am requesting that it be reviewed and reversed. I am writing to formally share this feedback and would appreciate a follow-up and resolution regarding both the service quality and the cancellation charge. Regards, Saeed Enjavi

Extremely Unwelcoming and Disorganized Massage Center I called this massage therapy center on November 20 to book a session with Laura McWilliams for November 24, based on my wife’s positive experience with her. During the call, I didn’t specify a massage type because I simply wanted the same treatment my wife had received. After scheduling, they sent me a lengthy intake form requesting detailed information about my concerns and what I was looking for, which I completed thoroughly. This center is extremely disorganized for two major reasons. First, the way they handled my credit card information was completely unprofessional. On the evening of November 23, they called asking for my credit card (I wanted to claim myself). I didn’t have it with me and told them I could provide it the next morning. Instead of waiting, they called multiple times that same evening, insisting that my appointment would be canceled if I didn’t give the card immediately. This was unnecessary and frustrating, especially because they could have requested payment information when I originally booked the appointment. They eventually emailed me a link to enter my card details, which I completed the next morning—well before they called yet again at 10:30 a.m. Second, it was clear they had not reviewed my intake form until the very moment of the appointment. I had spent time filling out a detailed explanation of my issues and goals, yet the therapist still asked me what I was looking for as if she had no prior information. This should have been reviewed long before I arrived. When I got to the center, no one greeted me. After waiting, a staff member finally emerged, called my name, and told me to sit down in a very cold and unwelcoming manner. Inside the massage room, the therapist also spoke to me in a cold tone and repeatedly told me that I “would not get what I was looking for,” despite having my completed form right in front of her. I explained that she could simply do what she was able to. As a bodybuilder, I asked for chest work since that area holds a lot of tension and I know trained therapists can perform this with consent. She refused and claimed she could not work on that area unless I had a “serious issue.” She suggested rescheduling multiple times, and I eventually agreed—despite already being there, on time, ready for the session. I was also surprised that Laura had such long nails, as this is not typical for massage therapists and felt unprofessional. The most frustrating moment was when she added that she could “technically charge me” even though no service was provided. Imagine arriving on time for your massage and being charged despite receiving no treatment. Overall, the experience was unwelcoming, disorganized, and far from professional. I will not be returning.

It was a cold dreary, freezing rain day. The clinic was cold, I had to keep my coat on. The practitioner was running late due to traffic and likely the weather. Which is understandable. The practitioner seemed annoyed when she called my name. Again understanding that she was doing her best to get there on time. She was only a few minutes late. She was personable in the assessment portion of the appointment. After the assessment, she explained what she would be doing and that she couldn’t do a rehab massage but only a relaxation massage. Which was just fine with me, even though I have an injury. She excused herself so I could get undressed. I was lying in the bed for quite some time. Seemed like about 5 minutes. She explained there was a lineup for the bathroom as there was only one for the many practitioners. The massage itself was good. The things I found odd is that she took a second to get a piece of gum (in a plastic container that made noise) which interrupted the relaxing environment. Also, any time she needed to speak to me was in a loud almost jarring tone. It was almost comedic. I would suggest using a more soft, calming voice. Lastly, the other things I would suggest is to have warming blankets (the sheets provided were paper thin, I’m sure she could see right through that sheet.) or at least a little heater to make it warm and cozy. And some nice inviting decor. The room was very plain and cold looking. The light on the wall had a towel covering it. Not exactly classy looking. Lots of room for improvement, but overall not a bad experience.

I just left my appointment, and I feel fantastic! It was my first visit to this location, and it was a great first experience. I was seen by Laura, who was incredibly sweet and friendly. She did a terrific job and gave one of the best massages I have ever had. My back feels amazing after only one session. I highly recommend visiting here and can't recommend Laura enough.
