“Got my first Reflexology appointment with Dorota and SHE IS AMAZING!! She has magical hands and I left feeling in a state of euphoria. She worked every pressure point in my feet and I felt so relieved, loose and relaxed right after the appointment. She is a sweet, caring and calming reflexologist. “Very disappointing experience. Our appointment was scheduled for 6:45 PM, and we arrived on time only to be asked to wait. At 7:00 PM, we were informed that the massage therapist was not feeling well and would not be able to make it to our appointment. We drove 15 minutes each way for this appointment, and what’s most frustrating is that we could have easily been informed earlier before making the trip. It showed a complete lack of respect for our time. This appointment was part of my son’s recovery plan, and now we have to try to rearrange another appointment into an already very tight schedule. “I've been coming here for 5+ years. I recommend most of the staff! Reception is friendly, and the staff are all great. I haven't had a massage from everyone but have had a massage from Hong, Samar, Enik, Joe, and Dawson. They are all great in their own unique ways. Hong is gentle yet strong. Samar - good pressure. Enik - she will get into all your crunchy bits and hang you out to dry, she's also deep tissue. Joe, strong and deep tissue (my husband sees him) and Dawson focuses on pressure points and really gets into spots you didn't even know you needed. They have great plans if you don't have insurance, and they also do direct billing if you do have insurance. I highly recommend the staff from massage addict. “I had a deep tissue massage with Lauren today, at the Oakville Centre and she was absolutely superb. Her treatment combined kneading, stretches, and oil massage. The pressure was perfectly maintained throughout, and Lauren was very attentive to all my pain points, ensuring I experienced no discomfort at all. “The different front staff are always very nice and professional here. However the last 2 times I went here the male masseuse who works during the latest possibly booking spot (had to book these time spots due to my work hours/avalibilty) did not make me feel 100% comfortable. Multiple times during my 2 experiences with him he would be massaging my neck/ shoulder area or 1 leg with only 1 hand - for several minutes??? It felt a bit creepy as I have never had this technique happen at any other place or with any other previous massage therapist ever. Where was the other hand for so damn long? (Best case he was on his phone?idk creepy)I honestly was just never going to go again and not leave a review - but I just had a great massage elsewhere and felt 100% safe and comfortable! So now I know somthing was off with this place/ person. I wanted to make this post to warn young women about how I felt and dont want them to get creeperd out like this either.”Read moreShow less
