“I cant even describe how good it feels to finish a massage. You're relaxed and feeling incredible! Over a year ago, I signed up with Massage Addict Newmarket and it has changed my life!!! Not only does it allow myself to prioritize my own physical and mental health monthly but it also comes with discounts! What a fantastic program to help people prioritize themselves!! I get a monthly 'deep pressure' massage with a masseuse named Alek. His strong hands and knowledge of muscle structures have him loosening up all the knots in my shoulders and back! I carry so much shoulder/neck and upper back pain that I have to take muscle relaxers at times! 60 minutes of a deep pressure massage keeps me from needing the medication to loosen up my aches and pains! I instantly feel better and my muscles are so loose! It's incredible! I highly recommend Massage Addict. I also recommend getting the membership!!! Who doesnt like a discount these days? And, who doesn't enjoy indulging in some self care?A membership that allows you to prioritize your own well being that isn't a gym? C'mon now.... Prioritize yourself, Reduce that cortisol and feel more relaxed in your own body! 5 stars alllllll the way. Can't wait for my next monthly massage.”

“Amazing availability with easy booking and direct billing! I've went here for regular and prenatal massages over the past 10 years with several different RMT's and all are wonderful. Recently I've had Teresa and she was so fantastic that I booked back ASAP. The pregnancy cushion provided allows you to lay on your stomach and it's a dream. Can't recommend this place enough.”

“I understand you want a credit card to discourage no shows, but as someone going through insurance, this completely turned me off and I will be going elsewhere. Also, your booking system is faulty and doesn't allow me to alter the type of treatment.”

“Poor service. Massage rooms have no ventilation, no air conditioners or probably they didn’t even bother to start an ac during a heatwave! massage therapists don’t know what they are doing, lacks professionalism.”

“I had a very disappointing experience at Massage Addict Newmarket. The clinic itself felt old and poorly maintained, almost on the verge of needing major repairs. The room was extremely cold, the blanket was very thin, and the sheets looked worn out and old. When I mentioned to the therapist that the room was cold, she said she had no control over the temperature. I then asked for a heating pad, and she reluctantly turned one on while clearly huffing and puffing, which made me feel uncomfortable for even asking. I specifically requested a relaxing massage, but the therapist seemed rushed the entire session and used very poor techniques. She was yawning throughout the massage, and the room was left very bright until I asked for the lights to be dimmed. Overall, there was very little effort made to create a relaxing or comfortable environment. The experience at reception afterward was just as disappointing. I tried to get some water from the dispenser, but it wasn’t working. When I asked the receptionist, she casually said the tank must be empty and made no effort to refill it or assist. I’ve been to several other Massage Addict locations, and unfortunately this was by far the worst experience I’ve had.”
