“Your clinic is a 10/10- clean and fragrance free, which I really appreciate. The massage therapists are excellent. Even though I've had different therapists, each one was able to focus on what my body needed and work on whatever was hurting. The receptionist is very welcoming and the payment process is quick and hassle-free, which makes everything easy for me as a customer. “Maya did a wonderful job relaxing my body from head to toe. I came in with shoulder and neck pain, and Maya was able to relieve most of it. She was very knowledgable on working through the muscles that could be connected to my pain. She was also very kind and welcoming as soon as I met her. My only complaint was that the room was a bit cold for my comfort. Maya did her best to keep me warm with the warm blankets, but it would be nice if the facilities were warmer in general. This may only be a winter issue. Also, partway through my massage, I could hear vacuuming outside of our room for a couple minutes before it stopped. “I was really disappointed with my experience. I booked this massage expecting to feel relaxed and refreshed, but unfortunately it was the complete opposite. The massage felt rushed and unprofessional, and the pressure was very uncomfortable rather than soothing. There was no attention to my comfort or preferences, which made it hard to enjoy the session at all. The environment did not feel calming, and instead of leaving relaxed, I felt tense and unsatisfied. “Did not feel like a RMT massage from any perpective. This lady had no technique, and just one stroke...almost liked unlicensed masseurs just rubbing hard with no sense that slow deliberate movements are the essence of a good massage.
