“I had a very disappointing experience. My original appointment was cancelled just one hour before the scheduled time and moved to the next day. The one‑hour massage session that followed was essentially just oil being rubbed on my back and legs, with no real technique or understanding of muscle structure. The therapist did not demonstrate any professional massage skills and simply applied oil with gloved hands. Without my request, she used a suction tool that was extremely painful and felt like deep pinching, even though I had booked a relaxation massage. She also used a ball‑shaped tool that pressed uncomfortably between the vertebrae in my neck. I have been a Massage Addict client in Toronto for over a year, and this was my first experience in London. Unfortunately, I left feeling just as tense as when I arrived, plus the frustration of having paid full price and a 5% tip for a service that did not resemble a professional massage. Even the soles of my feet were not massaged; they were simply covered in oil. It is surprising and concerning that a massage clinic would allow someone with such limited training to provide services. I go once a month, and I always leave feeling completely relaxed and refreshed. His hands are like butter! The experience is so soothing that I often fall asleep during the session. “I bought a gift card for my wife, when she tried to use it the receptionist at time was unable to process the card. My wife tried using it at another location and was met with the same outcome. The receptionist at the other location looked into it and it turned out that despite selling me the card they did not put the credit on the card. I had gone back with the card and bank records of when I had made the purchase and I was told that they would look into it. I was contacted by Andreea who confirmed that there was no credit on the card due to a system error and offered my wife a complimentary massage session with Jenna which went very well and my wife was happy and is looking forward to her next session.
