“I didn't get good value for my money, Booked a one hour therapeutic massage but I’ve had a better overall experience elsewhere within a lesser schedule time period. Got there in time for my appointment but my therapist wasn't ready- I didn't mind the lateness but found it unfair for the 'lost' time to be reduced from my session. If you want to maintain a strict policy, then ensure the check-in is quick and the therapist is right on time. The client shouldn't be at loss. “Fraud Alert: This is a follow-up to my earlier review, because the situation has only gotten worse and the silence from management speaks louder than anything else. After my complaint, the manager told the receptionist that he would personally call me back. It has now been close to a month, and unsurprisingly, there has been no call, no email, no accountability. This wasn’t an oversight, it’s a pattern. I have since heard directly from various RMTs that this manager simply does not care about customers or employees. That explains everything. This Massage Addict franchise operates with complete double standards and borderline unethical practices. If you cancel within 24 hours, they will charge your card without hesitation. But if they change your assigned RMT at the last minute and you’re uncomfortable proceeding, you are still forced into a charge. Consent, comfort, and fairness mean nothing here. To make matters worse, if you arrive and your RMT is suddenly unavailable, you’re pressured to accept a replacement on the spot. If you decline, you’re still charged. That is not customer service—that is coercion. When I requested to close my account, the response from the front desk was a casual, indifferent “Yeah, we will.” No apology. No concern. No professionalism. Their customer service isn’t just poor, it’s non-existent. The owner, Pramod, actively avoids speaking with customers and instead instructs staff to charge cards regardless of circumstances. That alone tells you everything you need to know about the ethics and leadership of this location. This business delivers nothing but a horrible and pathetic experience, and if this is how they continue to operate, it’s only a matter of time before this franchise shuts down on its own failures. Beware before spending your hard-earned money here. It is a total waste. You would genuinely earn more peace—and blessings—by donating that money instead. I am disputing the charge with my bank and closing all accounts associated with this branch. If you value transparency, fairness, and basic human respect, stay far away. Loyalty means absolutely nothing to this location. Until I don’t get my hard earned money back, I will keep protesting in the form of monthly review. Let others know. “I have been taking services from this Massage Addict location for over a year, along with my wife, and this is how loyal customers are treated. They changed my assigned RMT with less than 24 hours’ notice. Ironically, if I cancel within 24 hours, they have no hesitation charging my card. But when they change the RMT last minute and I decide not to visit because I’m uncomfortable with the change, they still have the audacity to charge my card. Double standards at their finest. When I asked to close my account, the front-end staff casually said, “Yeah, we will.” No empathy, no professionalism, no accountability. Their customer service skills aren’t even zero — they’re negative. The owner, Pramod, conveniently avoids speaking to customers and instead instructs front-desk staff to charge cards regardless of the situation. That alone speaks volumes about the ethics and leadership of this outlet. I will be disputing the charge with my bank and will ensure not a single penny is paid out unfairly. I am also closing all accounts with this branch. If you value transparency, fairness, and basic customer respect, think twice before signing up here. Loyalty clearly means nothing to them. Over.
