“I had a really bad experience with the massage addict. I reached before time still there was a lot of time waste that happened at the centre and the massage given to me was only lasted for 40 minutes. I insisted to focus on my pain areas but the masseur kept wasting time and was very resistant and hesitant towards everything. Highly not recommend moving further”

“Very disappointed with the lack of transparency at Massage Addict. I booked an appointment online for $130, but upon arrival, I was charged $160. No one mentioned a price increase before my session began. When I questioned it, they claimed the higher rate was because I wasn't a 'first-time' visitor, despite this being my first time booking a hot stone massage specifically. Professionalism dictates that a client is informed of price changes before the service, not after. I did not expect this kind of hidden pricing here. Gave 2 rating because RMT’s are good dealing with clients.”

“Massage was only 45 minutes but supposed to be 1 hour. Person at front desk blamed it on the clock in the front office that has nothing to do with it. She was rude. Before that, there was a woman that was disputing her first visit fee. She was right but again, the rude receptionist did not want to hear it. Will not return. Hate getting ripped off and seeing people verbally abused.”

“I went to Massage Addicts for the past few massage sessions I needed, and there is no other masseuse I would go to than Yuchen Xie. He released a lot of tension in my back and in my neck, and notified me of exercises that helped me go live on day to day. I would recommend him to anyone that needs to feel a great massage and to release any tension.”
