“I’ve been visiting Massage Addict for some time now, and every visit has been consistently positive. The atmosphere is calm and relaxing, and the front‑desk staff are always cheerful, welcoming, and professional. I’ve received massage treatments from two RMTs — Martin and Jay — and although their techniques differ, both are highly skilled and attentive. Each session has been very beneficial. After reading many positive reviews, I also decided to try acupuncture with Bing, and I’m very glad I did. I have a condition that causes chronic muscle tension, back pain, and headaches. After two months of treatment, my back pain and headaches have disappeared, my muscles feel noticeably more relaxed, and even my posture and gait have improved. What stands out to me is the holistic nature of Chinese medicine. Unlike Western approaches that often focus on symptom relief, Bing works on addressing the underlying causes. The progress is gradual, but the results feel deeper and more lasting. She is incredibly patient and thorough, and her treatments — acupuncture, cupping, and massage — are complemented by her extensive knowledge of diet, healthy habits, and helpful exercises, which she shares with her patients. Overall, Massage Addict has provided exceptional care which made a meaningful difference in my daily life. I highly recommend their services to anyone seeking effective, compassionate, and well‑rounded treatment.”

“I was able to book a last minute appointment- booked late in the evening for the next day. This is the most important thing to me and the main reason I choose Massage Addict - the ability to book last minute when you're in pain and you need a massage now, not next week. The massage with RMT Vickas Puri was exceptional - I'll be sure to book with him again. He was also friendly and engaged in conversation (based on me initiating the conversation, not him). Everything was on time, and checking in and paying was straightforward. The receptionist was friendly and helpful, confirming the option to direct bill my insurance if I wanted. The clinic was clean, calm, and peaceful, making for a great overall experience.”

“I went in first time and had a great experience. The booking was pretty straight forward and so was the billing since they bill directly to the insurance. I had my massage with Laura, and even though I had to take my 2-week old baby with me, she was very kind and patient. “The therapist was professional and the experience was pleasant overall. However, as a first-time client, I expected a more comprehensive full-body massage. Most of the session focused on my back, shoulders, and arms, while areas such as calves, feet, and the front of the body received very little attention. It may help to explain beforehand what is included in a full-body session so clients know what to expect because sometimes first time visitors expectations go so high.”

The massage itself was outstanding—perfect pressure, very therapeutic, and exactly what my body needed. They really took the time to understand my problem areas and made sure I was comfortable the entire session. I left feeling refreshed, pain-free, and deeply relaxed. This is hands down one of the best massages I’ve ever had. If you’re looking for true relaxation, stress relief, and high-quality care, this is the place to go.
