“Poor Customer Service! I completely understand that appointments cannot be rescheduled within 24 hours because it affects the practitioner’s schedule and time. But what about my time? I received a call from the clinic to cancel my appointment only 3 hours before it was scheduled. Is that reasonable? My wife and I had booked our appointments together. Since the clinic cancelled mine at the last minute, I simply requested that my wife’s appointment be rescheduled as well so we could come together on another day. Considering the inconvenience caused by the clinic’s unprofessional last-minute cancellation, I don’t think that was an unreasonable request. Unfortunately, the answer was no. I encourage anyone reading this review to evaluate these as two separate issues: 1. The clinic cancelling an appointment just 3 hours before the scheduled time. 2. The refusal to accommodate a reasonable rescheduling request for my wife’s appointment after causing the inconvenience. “I visited Massage Addict for neck pain and stiffness, and my experience was excellent. Raj did an amazing job with the massage , it was incredibly relaxing and helped relieve a lot of the tension in my neck and shoulders. She was professional, attentive, and made sure I was comfortable throughout the session. Excellent service and a very relaxing experience.
