“Marija my reflexologist, she’s amazing, has very strong hands, listens and understands the injuries very clearly. She understood the nerve which was hurting and couple of injuries and worked on it specifically which helped a lot. I go to workout five days a week and was struggling with Couple of injuries. “This morning I had a 90 min massage appointment with Joseph and need to sing his praises for a moment. I am a licensed massage therapist out of the US and this is the second time I've come to this location and had Joseph as my therapist. Out of the many massages I've had over the years, he's high on the list of most skilled practitioners I've been treated by. He blends stretching, targeted treatment, and relaxation techniques in such a fluid and effective way. He's also clearly very skilled and knowledgeable in kinesiology and does a lot of attachment work which is highly effective at relieving muscle pain. He's professional, kind, and offers really good advice on stretching and light exercises that can be done at home to support his work. I will be moving closer to Mississauga within a few weeks but feel pretty sure I'll be making the trip back here specifically to see Joseph again. Thank you so much! “Giving this because of the massage therapist I had today. I've had amazing experiences in the past with other RMTs. Today was 0/10. I am open to trying different therapists and most of them are pretty good. Don't want to name the new therapist because as a healthcare professional I understand how important it is but I was really hoping the standard of care would remain the same. Left very disappointed. “The receptionist was helpful and informative when I initially called to make my appointment. The process of setting up the appointment was easy to follow and I feel saved time. When I arrived with parking challenges I was met with kindness, understanding and solutions. This ment I did not miss time with my appointment. The specialist that I met with understood my medical issues, had, had some questions and thought on how to address the issues. We had a thoughtful, positive conversation.
