“Wow, just wow. I’m a mechanic, so my body is always sore and stiff from work. I came in with a lot of tightness, and Melly took the time to ask what was bothering me before getting started. She found all the spots that were causing me pain without me having to explain much. Her hands are amazing, and I honestly felt a huge difference walking out. Probably one of the best massages I’ve had. I’ll definitely be coming back and would recommend her to anyone dealing with muscle pain or just needing a great massage.”

“I want to express my deep gratitude to Melly for her incredible work! I have been to her several times, and each visit is a true reset for my body. Her massage is not just relaxation — it is deep, professional work with muscles. She goes through the entire body, from the top of the head to the tips of the toes, and at the same time, it feels like she scans every tense area. Her hands are like X-rays: they sense the problem zones and work exactly where it is needed. In just one hour, she manages to work through the whole body, warm it up, and release the tension. After the session, I leave feeling light, energized, and refreshed. I am truly grateful for her hard work, attention to detail, and caring hands. Of course, one session is not enough to completely eliminate all the issues — it takes at least 10 sessions. But even once a month, my body says "thank you" for such care. “I have been a member of Massage Addict for some time and have always been very happy with the services provided, whether by the therapists or the reception staff. However, I am highly disappointed with my experience today. Approximately one hour before my appointment, I called to explain that I had an interview and would be running about 20 minutes late. I requested if my 2:00 p.m. appointment could be adjusted to start at 2:20 p.m. Maria at the front desk informed me that she would need to check with my therapist, Ruth. After speaking with her, I was told that my request could not be accommodated because Ruth had another client scheduled afterward. While I understand and respect that businesses have policies and schedules to maintain, what disappointed me was that I was informed there was another client waiting when, from what I observed, this did not appear to be the case. Had I simply been told that the schedule could not be adjusted due to policy, I would have completely understood. In addition, I did not find the massage experience itself to be very professional. During the session, I was not asked whether the pressure was comfortable or if any adjustments were needed. It felt as though the session was being rushed and that the focus was on finishing the appointment rather than providing a quality experience. Having worked in the service industry myself, I understand the importance of policies and procedures. At the same time, there are occasions when a small amount of flexibility can go a long way in enhancing the customer experience. I am sharing this as constructive feedback, as I genuinely like this location and have had many positive experiences in the past. The rest of the team has always been wonderful, which is why today's experience stood out and left me disappointed. I hope this feedback can be used as an opportunity for further coaching and training where needed.”

The space is noticeably cleaner, more organized, and has a calm welcoming atmosphere from the moment you walk in. The front desk staff were friendly, helpful, and made the whole check in process smooth and stress free. I was very impressed with Ruth’s knowledge and skill. She took the time to ask about my problem areas and explained what she was doing throughout the treatment. Her technique was both therapeutic and relaxing, and she clearly has a lot of experience. I left feeling better than I have in weeks. Overall, the clinic feels refreshed and well run. Friendly team, clean environment, and excellent treatment.
