“Had an appointment booked, got confirmation texts and emails, show up for the day of my appointment to be told my massage therapist blocked out their morning? And I was not informed. Very frustrating to plan my day around that appointment to not get notified of changes. They require 24 hours notice for cancellation or they charge for the full session. But a customer who has frequented this place many times just gets told “sorry, too bad” will never return after that”Read moreShow less

“Long time massage patient elsewhere, first time visitor at Massage Addicts as I couldn't get in with my regular therapist, likely won't be back to Massage Addicts. When I booked online I was pretty clear about what I was coming in for, even had the discussion with my practitioner prior to that I wasn't there for anything more than a small reset with focus on neck, head, legs and feet. She did full body anyway and spent too much time on my back which was not requested which then lead to my legs and feet literally being glossed over and that was my main request. The whole session felt rushed, and for a therapeutic only, it certainly was not that. I struggled through it, not wanting to offend, mentioned a couple times to ease off. There was no flow. I have offered myself up for students who have given me better treatments.”Read moreShow less

“Disappointed the past few times I’ve been here, massage was all over the place from back to legs to back to neck to feet. Lacked consistent pressure, either too soft or too hard. Didn’t feel like they were really trying to make it enjoyable. Had a couples massage booked for my wife and I. The booking was disorganized and the room wasn’t ready which took some time, ended up being asked to fill out the paper work on which areas to target, previous injuries etc. afterwords? Not overly upset but a bit disappointing given the cost.”Read moreShow less

“Service was amazing I walked in a fair bit of discomfort, after Stana carefully reviewed my issues she told me what she was going to do, the rest was magic. She hit all the right spots and an immediate change in my pain. Walked out feeling amazing”

“Not worth the money, the front desk was wonderful and welcoming. The room itself was cold, oil is not warmed up, could hear noise all over.. I would not recommend if you’re looking for a relaxing time. I think my RMT did her best but I think she was just trying to warm me up with so much oil. Left feeling so oily, there was no towel to wipe it off either…”Read moreShow less

“April Paraton’s smile is the first thing I notice when I walk in, and it feels so familiar. I’ve been coming here for years, and she’s a big part of why I keep coming back. More than just a receptionist, April is patient, warm, and genuinely caring. She takes the time to talk to you and understand exactly what you want and like for a great massage experience. She notices every little detail, makes each visit feel personal and welcoming, and let’s be real, every massage could use an April.”Read moreShow less

“This was the worst massage I have ever had. The stones were too hot and she used them to wipe my body instead of incorporating them into an actual massage. She spent too much time fussing with the stones so I felt my one hour massage was reduced by at least 15 minutes of her tending to the rocks and not me, the client. She also made it apparent that she was a clock watcher when she ended the massage by saying I had 30 seconds left so what would I want. I had indicated on your forms I required attention to my feet but she obviously ignored that. So I told her to address my feet and after completing the 30 seconds, one foot was done and the other was covered with the sheet after a stroke or two. I felt like I was on a conveyor belt and she left the room to move on down the line. I will never return. A waste of money and time. I will also be rating this experience to Sun Life even though I have run out of coverage. Other clients should be aware before they spend their benefits with this so-called professional. I have booked with another therapist this week, to get the tension relief I need in order to deal with the passing of my father this past Saturday. I did not get what I paid for.”Read moreShow less
