“I used to come to this location once every few month for couple years. Last 4 out of 6 times, my appointment was messed up. Twice the person I booked with didn’t check their schedule and was either late or I had to re book. Once the person was a no show and I was only told about it while waiting for 20 min and they had no one else. Today I showed up only to be told I don’t have an appointment after being checked in and waiting in the lobby for 15 minutes. There was no apology, no trying to find someone else, nothing. Just “oh there might be something with our online system” and we can book you for another day or come back at 8PM. This was the last time I book at Manning. “I wish the owners would not be so lazy & make an effort to get set up for direct billing with PBAS. Had to start going elsewhere and I miss my therapist. I guess they make enough money. They don’t need mine.”

“My last two massages here were cancelled, so it was a good sign to take my business elsewhere. The few times I went there last, my back was scratched so much, I was bleeding through my shirt. Also, the cost of massage is more than what other, better quality, clinics charge in the area (some insurers will not cover the entire cost if it's deemed too pricey and that is the case with Massage Addict).”Read moreShow less
