“I had such a great experience with Shyla! She was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and very professional. She really took the time to focus on my problem areas and used a variety of techniques that helped both relax my body and relieve the pain I was having. I could tell she genuinely cared about helping me feel better, not just getting through the appointment. She also recommended a treatment schedule to help get my body back to normal and maintain it going forward, which I really appreciated. I would highly recommend booking with Shyla. “I had a massage a few months ago. The MT was super light handed even tho I said I liked more pressure. I mentioned a problem area I wanted to focus on & she only worked on the area for about 20-25 minutes. Her massage was relaxing & she was decent. My real complaint is with the management. This is the 3rd maybe 4th massage addict I’ve had issues with in regards to upholding my appointment. I just confirmed my appointment this morning via phone call. & a little after 12pm, I receive a call saying something happened with my MT & she won’t be able to get me in today & asked if I’d be comfortable with a male MT. My booking info explicitly stated female only. & I had already confirmed my appointment. So if I were to have cancelled my appointment within the 24hour time slot, I’d be penalized. But the company can cancel my appointment & I just have to bite the bullet & move my whole schedule around? Not fair, poor management & unprofessional. “New receptionist is not able to process claims correctly, last night they wanted to charge me full amount because they could not figure that I had a separate balance on my spouse’s plan. Then, when they processed a claim, somehow the amount was not correct and I had to submit an insurance claim myself after partially paying for service yesterday. This is not the first time I have issues with customer service at this location. Customer service/receptionists need training before they can start working, otherwise the impression of this establishment continues to decline.”Read moreShow less

“I have nothing good to say this is the worst location by far,I am completely disappointed in their customer service. I will not be going back to this location ever the only reason why they are getting one star is because I have to select something in order to make a review, I took time off work, drove from the northside to the southside for an appointment at 4:45. I booked an hour massage I arrived 10 minutes early. My RT did not show up! When they called her multiple times. She kept saying that she was on her way and that should be there soon.. 10 minutes turned to a half hour turn to the whole hour. I sat there for over an hour. Being told that my RT would show up and I would still get my hour massage which was fine until it wasn’t. At 5:45pm, the RT calls back and tells receptionist that she would not be coming, reception called her boss, and cancelled my appointment. I have not heard from management. I have not heard from the owner. I’ve heard from nobody. I was not offered anything in return for my time that was wasted. They could have had another therapist do my massage or they could have offered a solution to the problem however they did not. I could’ve booked someplace else. But instead being told “soon, she’ll be here, you’ll still get your hour massage”, I sat there for an hour for absolutely no reason freezing because the front reception area is cold. I was very patient and more than understanding. To be turned away Horrible customer service, horrible experience, do not recommend this location. Very disappointing!!!!
