“I moved to Burlington in 2020 and spent some time finding an RMT that was the right fit. I found Gratiela at this location and haven’t looked back. For the past 5+ years, Gratiela found, treated and maintained many of my aches and pains and for that I am grateful to have her in my monthly self care routine. “I have been coming to this location for years and have always had a wonderful experience. Gratiela has magic hands and I always leave feeling so much better than when I walked in. I suffer from RA and Fibro so these treatments help me manage the chronic pain that comes with those ailments. Gratiela is very knowledgeable and I appreciate how she focuses on my health issues to help me feel better. “I booked a deep tissue massage because I have chronic pain for 20+ years and this is the only thing that helps. But the therapist only did deep tissue for about 15min. Most of the massage was gentle caressing and vibrating massage gun and cupping. None of which I asked for or wanted to waste time doing. $150 plus a $30 tip out of pocket for someone without insurance for just one hour is very expensive. And if only 15min is beneficial then you are completely ripping people off. Zero stars if possible.”Read moreShow less

“Front desk is professional and the atmosphere is relaxing. The spa is very clean. The only drawback is that Massage tables are too basic not really super comfortable, but my massage therapist was skilled and knows how to treat sore muscles. “I had a wonderful experience at Massage Addict with Lana as my massage therapist. From the moment I arrived, the staff were welcoming and professional, and the whole place had a clean, calm, and relaxing atmosphere that instantly put me at ease. Lana is truly an exceptional massage therapist. She’s very attentive and kind, and she really takes the time to listen and understand where your pain or tension is coming from. What impressed me most was how intuitive she is — she seemed to know exactly where the sore spots were without me having to say much. Her technique is both strong and precise, and she applies just the right amount of pressure to release deep tension while still making you feel relaxed and comfortable throughout the session. After my massage, I felt lighter, more flexible, and completely rejuvenated. Lana clearly knows what she’s doing and genuinely cares about helping her clients feel better. Overall, my experience at Massage Addict was excellent — clean facilities, friendly staff, and an amazing therapist.
