“Please Please be aware before booking at this location. My daughter tried to cancel her appointment the day before, but no one answered the phone. We were then charged $113 to my credit card for the missed appointment. She sent few emails which were not followed when addressed not commented. I spoke with the staff to try to find a reasonable solution, including asking if they could apply the charge toward a future massage so I could submit it through my insurance. Unfortunately, they were unwilling to work with me. I was very disappointed with how this situation was handled and with the customer service I received. If you leave your credit card on file, make sure you fully understand their cancellation policy before booking. This was my personal experience, and because of it, my family and friends will not be returning.”

“I was very sore and could hardly move my shoulders and arms, I went in for deep tissue massage and when I left I felt as if I could move easier I was sore as expected from the massage but Felt relaxed, I absolutely will be back again”

“I have been taking deep tissue massage sessions with Utpal for the past six months, and he is truly professional and highly skilled. When I first started, I was experiencing significant pain in my arm along with continuous numbness in my fingers. After a few weeks of regular sessions, I noticed a big improvement, and eventually all the pain and numbness completely disappeared. His technique, knowledge, and attention to problem areas made a huge difference in my recovery. I highly recommend Utpal to anyone looking for an experienced and effective massage therapist.”

“I had an extremely poor and uncomfortable massage experience with Utpal. I booked a deep tissue massage, but the techniques used were not appropriate or professional. Instead of proper kneading, he applied excessive pressure using his elbows in my neck and back in a very awkward manner, and pressed intensely behind my ear — something I have never experienced in any massage and which felt painful and wrong. The massage was not done evenly on both sides of my body, which made it feel unskilled and poorly structured. I have had hundreds of massages over many years and in many different countries, and this was by far the worst massage I have ever received. When I told him the pressure was too painful, he questioned whether I had ever had a deep tissue massage before. I explained that I have had many deep tissue massages, but this one caused pain I have never felt before. He then suggested switching to a relaxation massage. Unfortunately, the relaxation massage was also unacceptable. He simply rubbed oil repeatedly over the same small area of my back with no proper technique, flow, or full-body attention. This became uncomfortable due to the constant focus on one spot and lack of skill. Based on this experience, I strongly believe his training and credentials should be reviewed, as this did not feel like the work of a properly trained or professional massage therapist. I do want to note that the front desk staff were excellent — friendly, professional, and helpful. Unfortunately, the quality of the massage itself was extremely disappointing, and I would not recommend booking with Utpal.”
