“Would not recommend. Many mediocre experiences finally pushed me to leave this review. The clinic’s 24-hour cancellation policy is extremely harsh and, in my opinion, exploitative. Charging clients 100% for missed appointments regardless of circumstance shows very little compassion or flexibility. I understand protecting therapists’ time, but there should still be room for reasonable discretion, especially for repeat clients making genuine efforts to resolve situations. The receptionist interactions have consistently felt cold and unpleasant, which is difficult to reconcile with what is supposed to be a wellness and relaxation environment. The massages themselves have also been inconsistent. Some appointments have started late and ended early, making the sessions feel shortened. What disappointed me most was management’s response afterward. Rather than acknowledging the human side of the situation, the response focused entirely on policy and protecting payment, with no willingness to consider context, loyalty, or financial hardship. There are many massage clinics with fairer cancellation policies and warmer customer service. I would encourage others to explore those options before booking here.”Read moreShow less

“Today was my first appointment. It was everything I'd hope it would be. Therapeutic, peaceful, quiet, healing. Up front made the process easy and comfortable. Like meeting new/old friends. Everyone arriving was met with the same inclusive vibe. My massage was done by Jennifer Gravel-Brouillard RMT Her magic hands have me in total awe right now and excited for my next appointment. “Tracey gave a phenomenal massage! Felt the tension and stress melt away. It was my first time visiting Massage Addict. The staff were friendly and I appreciated the flexible hours to book. The facility itself was clean, the room I was in was a little drab and I expected the lighting to be warmer to make the space feel calm & inviting. It did not take away from the service I received.
