“Very disappointing experience at Massage Addict. My wife booked a session with Wendy hoping for a relaxing and professional massage, but unfortunately it was the complete opposite. The massage was extremely painful and way too rough. She applied intense pressure directly on my wife’s back and bones to the point where she was still feeling sore and uncomfortable hours later. A massage should help relieve stress and tension, not create more pain. My wife had already filled out the health questionnaire before the appointment, yet Wendy repeatedly kept asking if she had injuries or past car accidents throughout the session, which made the environment feel negative and uncomfortable. The overall interaction felt rude and unprofessional instead of calming and welcoming. Another disappointing part of the experience was the receptionist’s behavior. The front desk staff came across as very rude and unfriendly, which immediately set a bad tone from the moment we walked in. Customer service and professionalism were clearly lacking. Overall, the entire experience felt unprofessional, uncomfortable, and far from relaxing. We would not recommend this location based on our experience.”Read moreShow less

“Extremely disappointed with my experience at Massage Addict. I booked a massage with Wendy expecting a relaxing and professional session, but it turned out to be one of the worst massage experiences I’ve had. The entire session was very painful instead of relaxing. She applied excessive pressure directly on my bones and back to the point where I am still experiencing pain hours later. I specifically came in for stress relief, not to leave feeling injured and sore. What made the experience even worse was her attitude. Even after I had already filled out the health form in detail, she repeatedly kept asking negative questions about injuries and car accidents throughout the session, which made the environment uncomfortable and stressful instead of calming. The overall interaction felt rude, unprofessional, and honestly very disrespectful. I also noticed very little to no oil was used during the massage, making the experience even more uncomfortable and rough on the skin. A massage therapist should make clients feel safe, comfortable, and relaxed — not judged, hurt, or uncomfortable. Unfortunately, this experience completely failed on all levels. “I had a really nice experience at Massage Addict. Wendy was very knowledgeable and communicated very clearly and well. She let me know what she recommended for my first session there given all the information I provided with my health history, etc., and it was really nice that there was a new patient special for $100. The atmosphere, when you walk in, was calming and zen. The staff were nice, and the location was super convenient. I also like that there's multiple types of services there and many staff so people can switch things up whenever they want. I would highly recommend it. Thank you :)”Read moreShow less

“Very disappointed in this business. I drove 40min to get to my appt just be told I didnt have one. Showed proof of the appt with a screenshot of confirmation email and was refused service. Proper management would make sure to not lose their clients in this fashion.”Read moreShow less

“I go to regular Traditional Chinese Acupuncutre appointments with Olla, and she is amazing. So knowledgeable, personable, and patient with determining plan of action for my acupuncture treatment. She ensures you're informed on how her treatment plan will correspond with the various areas of your body, and I always leave feeling refreshed and relaxed. “Even when a client makes a mistake, basic courtesy and professionalism should apply. Unfortunately , my interaction with the receptionist was rude and disrespectful, which affected my impression of the overall business .
