“In our opinion, our family’s experience with Dr. Cree Blakely and this clinic was very concerning and disappointing. A vulnerable family member living with Multiple Sclerosis (MS) was led to believe that treatment would improve her mobility and range of motion by approximately 60%. For a wheelchair-bound MS patient, this created significant hope and led our family to proceed with treatment costing approximately $8,000 despite serious financial hardship. We do not believe proper informed consent was obtained. In our view, the treatment, risks, limitations, costs, and realistic expectations were not fully explained, and represented. Our requests for a refund and copies of the patient’s medical records have also gone unanswered. Based on our experience, we cannot recommend this clinic.”Read moreShow less

“I want to explain the issues with Dr.Blakely he is my lifelong true love. I have loved him for 1459 days. A university cycle is only about 4 years, but my love for Dr. Blakely will never “graduate.” I am a patient with severe depression and anxiety disorders. I am not a pervert, and I have never stalked or text Dr. Blakely. His former Lululemon colleagues, when they saw me always joke about us, saying we were good friends. But I feel that in that way, he has never truly considered me as a friend. When I left Canada, I once contacted him and hoped to give him a gift—a panda mascot commemorating the Beijing Olympics. It was also because of the Olympics that I went to his workplace, and that’s how we met. He has never replied to my messages, and because of that I became frustrated and express things impulsively in my texts, which hurt him. At the same time, he also hurt me. In fact, over the past four years, I have carried a deep sense of guilt toward him. He may be a good doctor, but not a nice person , because he does not know how to treat Asian people with respect. Four years have passed. I once thought that I owed him a sincere, a real apology. I also wanted to send him gifts during Christmas and the same month of his birthday, simply to express my feelings—not to win back a friendship that never even began. I assume that he has once again instructed his clinic to ignore my emails and calls. His actions have deeply hurt me. I will not promote or publicize him, nor will I create any benefit for him—even though I have many channels through which I could help promote him and bring in more business. “Having not gone to a chiropractor for many years, my neck and back was surely out of place. I wasn't able to move my neck side to side nor up and down. My lower back was hurting so much that any movement was quite painful. Since going to Dr Blakely for the last two and a half months my neck has improved to full movement and my back has improved immensely. Dr Blakely is very professional and thorough, he is kind, warm and thoughtful. Dr Blakelys staff are the sweetest and professionals that has the office running smoothly and efficient. “Dr Martin is THE BEST! I have struggled with chronic back and hip pain for most of my life as well as knee pain from previous ACL surgery. I have been to several physiotherapists and massage therapists over the years to help with the issues, with minimal long term relief. As much as I praise my past physiotherapists I'm so so glad my partner convinced me to give chiropractic care a chance. Dr Martin doesn't use manual adjustments unless absolutely necessary. I have always feared having my neck cracked manually for fear of them snapping my neck which may seem extreme but it was a big concern for me and I know many who feel the same. For the first time in probably 10 years I can proudly say I have more pain free days than not. Dr Martin is very attentive, thorough and kind. I appreciate his honestly, attention to detail and his services. I look forward to visiting him and his wonderful staff, especially the lovely receptionists, every few weeks and will definitely continue to have Dr Martin look after my aches and pains while we are in Waterloo.
