Dr Schaab is an angel. She is by far the best family physician I've ever been seen by. I feel lucky to have her as my baby's family Dr. Reception staff is friendly, too.

Doctors at this clinic are beyond fantastic, but reception needs work. I came in today for an appointment that was confirmed the previous Friday. It was for a medication dose consult as I was prescribed new medication and haven't had much sleep the past few days since I started. I was told the earliest appointment with my doc was today at 1:15PM. Receptionist had trouble finding me in their system, but eventually found my record confirmed my birth date and name multiple times and set the appointment for today, Monday, at 1:15PM. I get to the clinic to check in for my 1:15PM appointment, spoke with same receptionist, trouble finding me in system again, then proceeds to say I don't have an appointment but a patient with the same name is booked at the same time with my doctor. I don't even know or understand how that can happen, but maybe the receptionist needs more training in their system. The other receptionist then cut in and said the only options I have is walk in tomorrow night or Thursday appointment with a different doctor. I explained that I haven't had much sleep in the past few days and needed badly to speak with my doctor and asked if I can get squeezed in today or even a phone appointment. They said that those are the only options I have and basically out of luck because of the mistake done by the receptionist. No extra effort to try to accommodate me today even if it was their mistake. I wouldn't have waited this long if I was told when I called last Friday that there was no available appointment until close to a week after and with a different doctor at that. I know there isn't an expectation for receptionists to be compassionate, but a little accountability and some effort to make it right on the day for their mistake would be great. Please train them more on the booking system because this isn't just a misbooked massage appointment. They are dealing with people's actual lives and health.

I had a great experience at Martensville Collective Health & Wellness. The clinic itself is professional, and has a very welcoming atmosphere that makes you feel comfortable the moment you walk in. I specifically saw Trevor Adamus, and I can’t recommend him enough. He is incredibly knowledgeable and takes a thorough, hands-on approach to physical therapy. Instead of just treating the immediate pain, Trevor took the time to explain the underlying cause and created a practical plan to help me recover. It’s rare to find a practitioner who balances high-level expertise with such a personable, down-to-earth attitude.

This clinic is fantastic, with the exception of one receptionist. I'm not sure of her name, I've only had to deal with her on the phone, but every time I have to deal with her, she acts like I'm a complete inconvenience, and she is very rude and short in her responses. When I call my family doctor's clinic, I shouldn't be made to feel like an inconvenience, and be left feeling like I'm stupid. If I speak with another receptionist however, they are MUCH better. Dr. Schaab is beyond fantastic, I can not put into words how amazing she is! She's an invaluable person in our family's health care, and we are so lucky to have her!

Doctors are great. I do have one suggestion, which is to add a filtered water fountain somewhere. The only option is to use the supplied cups (kept in a bathroom where I’m sure all kinds of bacteria exist) and the faucet in there. Combined with having to take your shoes off, you’ll probably be stepping in miscellaneous liquids. I do understand especially in the winter time but it felt risky to use the bathroom with no shoes

I cannot say enough about Dr. Schaab. She really cares about her patients. I have only been seeing her as my family doctor for over a year, but she is excellent in every single way. With my appointments I've never felt rushed and I feel heard and seen for where I'm at, nothing I have ever experienced with a doctor before. Thank you for everything and I look forward to having you as my family doctor for years to come.

I want to express my support for Trevor, the physiotherapist at this clinic. He is a busy guy, but is always patient and listens well. He is very well educated and offers a variety of physiotherapy services to help address unique individual needs. Trevor truly wants to help you feel better and takes the time to make sure you understand all of his recommendations. I appreciate his support in learning to articulate my own goals of therapy. Thanks again! Ps. The evening front staff (MOA’s) are always friendly despite it being the end of their long day, so thanks to you gals too :)

Dr. Schaab saw me during my pregnancy and she was incredible. She can't be that terribly old, but she has already mastered her bedside manner. She made me feel seen and cared for and she has a calming, welcoming presence. She genuinely cares and I'm so thankful she was there for me in a vulnerable time like pregnancy and postpartum

If hanging up on a client is considered kind and courteous then visit this clinic...I have never been spoken to so rudely before just for trying to get a prescription for my son, who was assesed and swabbed 6 days ago. The results are in, I shouldn't have to call multiple times to get the prescription faxed, then be spoken to extremely rudely and hung up on to boot. I'm flabbergasted
