“As other reviews have stated, the facility and most of the staff are nice, but I must give this clinic and specifically the owner of the place a bad review. I came to the clinic for help with my lower back pain. I arrived a little bit early and filled my forms out ahead of time. I waited for about fifteen minutes after my appointment time to be seen. I want to say very clearly that this is no problem for me. I completely understand when medical professionals are running behind, and for this reason, I did not schedule any other appointments for myself that morning. My problem with the experience was that the physiotherapist only stayed 20 minutes (if I am being generous), 5 minutes past the "scheduled time", but not the full 30 minutes I paid for. I am paying $105 out of pocket for 30 minutes, so I think I rightfully deserve 30 minutes of time. If he had completely solved my problem (which I was not expecting) in that time, as a dentist would during a cleaning, I would not be upset. If I were not paying out of pocket like at my family doctor, I would not be upset. He told me about my anatomy and asked me to do a couple actions before giving me his conclusion and trying to get me to come back for more appointments. I told him that I currently unemployed and will be returning to school soon, so I am strapped for cash and he only suggested I see the kinesiologist as their rates are more affordable. He then left. It was my first time visiting a physiotherapist so I was unsure if that is a common experience, but after speaking with some friends, I don't think it is. My experience would have been a positive one as the other staff were really nice, but I paid essentially $105 out of pocket (which he knew) for almost 20 minutes. He'd suggested that I come in a couple more times with the kinesiologist to learn some exercises which would help me so I can continue to do them at home, which I agree with, but why could he not have showed me a couple in the last 10 minutes before leaving? I will never visit this place again and I strongly suggest anyone paying out of pocket to not visit them either.”Read moreShow less

“This clinic is very nice, modern and clean. The front office staff and practitioners are kind, courteous, professional and always punctual. I was treated for my rotator cuff injury by Gordon who was excellent!! I received both manual therapy and IMS; as well as shown exercises to do at home, which were all very effective. I later saw Tyler for exercise rehab which also worked wonders. My experience here was great and I highly recommend!!”Read moreShow less

“I love working with Karsen. She is kind, knowledgable, attentive, and caring. When we chat about treatment, I think to myself "oh, good question!" and "ooooh I'm so glad she suggested that." Treatment-wise I am impressed how her pressure-use felt so perfect right off the bat. She is also very clever (I think if you meet her you'll see what I mean).”Read moreShow less

“I made an appointment online and went to Marpole physio for my vertigo. This clinic is in a good location and has great staff. Thankfully they have vestibular therapists. I met Ronald today he was so kind and knowledgeable about my symptoms. I got proper tests for making sure it was the ear vertigo and got enough information about BPPV. They were so helpful.”Read moreShow less

“Can't tell you how incredibly happy I am to have Luc Ortelli as my Physio/Acupuncturist. I first saw him for a work related shoulder injury and now I try to see him for general health maintenance as often as possible. He is one of the most intuitive practitioners I have ever received treatments from. I barely have to explain where, what and Luc just zeros in on my muscle tension. He is absolutely gifted in his skill set! He's also genuinely concerned. Your body will thank you for seeing Luc. And Daniella at reception is also amazing, she remembers everyone's name and has a smile waiting :)”Read moreShow less

“Luc Ortelli is by far the best therapist I’ve ever had (and I’ve seen a few over the years)! Not only is he extremely knowledgeable about how the body moves and works from his background in physiotherapy, but he also has the magic touch when it comes to acupuncture. His bedside manner is warm and welcoming and really makes you feel comfortable during treatment. Whenever I come to him with an injury, his treatments get me back to feeling 100% in no time! Would highly recommend!”Read moreShow less

“I used to go regularly for massage therapy and I was always impressed by the reception staff and the atmosphere, which is very calm, bright, and friendly. The RMT started his own practice so I went there instead, but I recently sustained a knee injury and so I went back after a year and Daniela remembered me by name the moment I walked in! It was incredible. They are super organized and the Physiotherapist was also able to give me a promising diagnosis for exactly what was wrong when my doctor and a kinesiologist at a different clinic could not. I highly recommend this clinic!”Read moreShow less

“Our family has been going to this Clinic for quite a few years and we have been seen mainly by Leon, but everyone there is fantastic starting to book appointments with Candy or Daniella to the attention we receive from most of the staff, we highly recommend them...”Read moreShow less
