“Was pretty disappointed with both of my experiences here. My first visit was for an RMT. The practitioner did a great job, but, despite everything on the website saying direct billing was available, he was not officially registered as practicing at this clinic, which meant direct billing wasnt available and I was unexpectedly out $147. I realise that it's a convenience and you can't always rely on direct billing, but it was frustrating that they didn't bother to mention this until after my appointment. The second visit was a 30 minute appointment to see the ND. I went in complaining of migraines, and the ND explained to me some options and his recommendations, which included an IV drip. My appointment was less than 30 minutes ultimately because I had a reaction to the IV, which was nobody's fault. I left early without getting any treatment but found the receptionist had already billed my insurance (successfully this time!) for a full hour and the IV and was waiting for additional payment. First of all, I wasnt informed of the prices when I agreed to the IV, just told it would all be covered. Then the ND explained to the receptionist that I shouldn't be charged the full hour or for the IV, as I didn't get the treatment. I was told that it would get sorted out, and I didn't have to worry about it, and I left. A week later, the charge to my insurance hasn't been reversed. I appreciate the care I got from the professionals practicing here, but I won't be returning as a result of the office itself.”Read moreShow less

“Dr Ling is very knowledgeable and gentle. I would not hesitate to recommend him to family or friends. I'm quite picky with whom I trust to touch my neck. There is lots of free parking around the clinic which I appreciate. I used to see a chiropractor downtown (who is actually quite good as well), but parking was always a nightmare and cost me a fortune, especially if he was running late. I like that I don't have to drive around fighting for a parking space. I'm really glad Dr Ling is at this clinic, at this particular location.”Read moreShow less

“Started going in 2018. I had some serious issues ! Great group of professionals. I saw Dr Dudek and Dr Dosanjh! Both made a huge difference in my back. Nora does a great job at from desk!
