“This is a perfectly combined team: from clinic receptionists, teeth cleaners to dentists, all team members are both friendly and possess strong professional skills and a professional spirit. Multilingual support is also a major feature here. These past two weeks, I have had my teeth cleaned and crowns filled here. The personal experience has been great. The equipment is advanced, the process is smooth, Dr. Yoon and his assistants are all very kind and dedicated, and I feel very comfortable. “This place is really good! I had a tooth situation I was not sure could wait. They went out of their way to accommodate me. Other places that I went to in the past told me I'm just going to have to live with needing repairs every few years. Markham Dental gave me real permanent solutions. This is the first time where I have had a filling and my bite is perfect afterwards. The dentist that worked on me, seems to be a perfectionist. I was impressed by the dentist but also with the professionalism of the supporting staff. I will recommend this place to anyone who needs a dentist. I am not a big fan of going to the dentist. I usually give my excuses why my schedule is too busy. I feel perfectly comfortable getting all my dental work done here. I don't think I'll be putting off going to the dentist anymore. If you knew me, you would say that says a lot. * I need to edit this review. I went back to get a crown. I cannot believe how good this place is. The crown is perfect. It was virtually painless but more importantly it feels seamless. I cannot give this a higher review but if I could, I would give it six stars. Update. I might have pressed the wrong button from my last visit. My visit has been 10 out of 10 every time I have had to go. I love this place.”Read moreShow less

“I had throbbing pain on my big molar for 2 days and my own dentist office is closed for vacation until May 11th. The pain became unbearable on Wed morning and I researched online to see if I should go to emergency...I came across a few dental clinic provide emergency care but it's so hard to make a decision even I read all the reviews. Markham Dental was able to give me an appointment on the same day. After 3 hours in the clinic, I received the best care from the entire team. Jeanne at the front desk who responded to my voice message and able to give me the appointment immediately, Dr Yoon and Kien, the hygienist gave me their full attention throughout the assessment and treatment. They answered all my concerns patiently after the initial assessment. Dr Yoon saw a long fractured line on my molar if untreated, it may split my molar in half soon, the pain is already unbearable....I have no cavity or infection from a full dental checkup at my own dentist clinic in March. I was well informed for proposed procedures and treatment plan and fees structure. The team is very professional, the clinic and their system is very organized and the facility and equipments are modern and very clean. Dr Yoon was able to perform the procedure immediately, making sure I feel comfortable every step throughout my visit. The pain has reduced significantly after one day I still have to take painkiller but longer apart and less intense. Jeanne called this morning on behalf of Dr Yoon to check on my progress. “Had my first visit for cleaning and was really impressed. The clinic is nicely decorated , the staff were friendly, and the hygienist (Vivian) was exceptional—efficient, gentle, and thorough. Definitely a place I'd return to.”
