“Been a loyal customer since march 2022 (over 4 years). They have never disappointed me. They excel in customer service, product knowledge, and have extremely good pricing for eye exams and glasses. I go there so much for new glasses; adjusting my frames or replacing my nose pads; and for my eye exams. I treat it like home. “Dr Friesen is the best eye doctor I've ever met in my life. He's highly skilled and extremely rigorous - he's an outstanding professional. “Appreciated the punctuality, clean environment, student pricing, and direct billing with Green Shield. Had a great experience with Dr. Gill. I felt he was much more thorough than other optometrist I’ve visited elsewhere. He took the time to explain his findings - warned me about a clogged eyelid gland that may potentially lead to a stye and also thinning walls related to my high prescription. “Very convenient location. It's on the 2nd floor near the exit of the SkyTrain station of the shopping complex. Dr. Luk was very helpful and patient. She was much more thorough with explaining my prescription and options than my previous optometrist. I find the contact lens she prescribed to be accurate.
