“Though I didn’t buy glasses the customer service was excellent! My husband lens of his glasses fell out and they were extremely helpful to repair for no charge! So grateful. So many beautiful frame styles in the shop. McGill St Montreal location”

“I definitely suggest this place if you are looking for an eye exam, or new frames or contact lenses, or repairs in the old port area. Clean and welcoming environment. All staffs were exceptionally kind and knowledgeable. Had my eye exam done by Dr. Cécile and bought my first eye glasses on McGill st. Original and beautiful frames. “I just went over today and was blown away. The concept is stellar but the staff were great too! I forgot the name of the lady who attended to me but she was so knowledgeable and honest. (plus she had amazing glasses on herself) Quality service with a smile. Their selection is extremely bold and exciting.. I know this sounds like a fake review but it's rare to come across an extremely personal and quality interaction in these days of quick mass produced retail experiences. “Wonderful shop. My daughter realized she forgot her contact lenses when we arrived at Montreal for a ten day trip in Canada. We had the prescription sent to us by our doctor at home. I called a couple of places, which were not very helpful and didn’t have time to fit us in on our one day in the city. But this place was so nice about seeing her right away and giving her enough samples to last the trip. Lovely shop. Also, well located just three blocks from the W Montreal. “Great service. Got all my sunglasses repaired here. They also changed the lenses on my vintage sunglasses. Even when you think it is impossible to fix your glasses come by and be amazed at what they can do.”
