“I don’t usually write reviews, but I had a great experience at this dental clinic I was in a lot of pain for a few weeks, and they took very good care of me. Everyone was kind, friendly and made me feel comfortable. Now both my son and I are patients here. We’ve had a few appointments, and I’ve been happy with every visit. “Don't bother going here if you're any form of LGBTQ+ the staff are abundantly ignorant and do not care whatsoever to act professional. Additionally the work is meh at best on top of that. They absolutely do not care about their clients, the staff was so violent while working that I had cuts all over the sides of my mouth from them pressing on my face with their tools and nearly drowning me because they're student staff couldn't be bothered to pay attention instead talking with the dentist about whatever. “Giving a one star because they are very unprofessional.. made me feel really uncomfortable didn’t treat me like an adult wanted them just to do a filling for the time being till I got approved for service Canada.. I have really bad anxiety had my mom in the room for support they went to my mom for everything.. and while I was in the room in the chair the manager and the dentist were speaking their Own language I didn’t appreciate that.. then calling today for them to send over my X-rays took most of the day for them to send it over until the other dentist place called them. 100% Don’t recommend”Read moreShow less

“Went in for a cleaning the hygienist didn't seem like he wanted to work, he cleaned my teeth for 5 mins then started polishing, while rinsing he got water in my nose and didn't care to help me get it out just watched me struggle after his own mistake with the chair being reclined back made it difficult to clear out on my own. My cleaning in total was less than 15 mins and i was told no cavities was found not sure how you can find that out in less than 15 mins. Finally at the end of this 15 minutes they charge my benefit provider nearly $300 for a 15 minute clean what a cake walk.”Read moreShow less
