I am so glad that last year I decided to go to Maple Care Physiotherapy Clinic for my treatments. Devin has miraculous hands and finds all the areas that need attention. He is a good listener, patient and thorough and his treatment plan. Jennifer, the bubbly lady in the front is a gem. I sincerely hope that I will be able to continue my treatments for a long time. Thank you so much for all your TLC Brigitte

The reception staff are both professional and friendly. Devin is highly knowledgeable, provided excellent care, and played a key role in improving my condition.

As a Parkinson's patient I was referred to MapleCare for Neurophysiotherapy. My Therapist, Devin Fulwala, told me we were going to work on improving my strength, balance and gait. After a number of weeks of exercises and tasks performed with Devin in the Clinic and at home I am happy too report that I have improved significantly in all three areas. Not only is Devin a trained professional, compassionate and patient, but Maplecare's newest Clinic on Colonnade represents the very latest in State of the Art Physiotherapy facilities. I would not hesitate to recommend anyone to Maplecare.

I am please with the treatment I received from Palmer.....at the Colonnade location. He gave printouts after each session and took the time to see where my progress was at each appointment. Shirley at the front desk is very polite and friendly. I will definitely recommend them.

I was very impressed with the knowledge and commitment Devin showed in treating my back issue. The muscles in my left leg and hip had become atrophied due to lack of use and needed to be exercised to strengthen. Devin assisted me with proper exercises and techniques along with literature to assist me to continue exercising at home on my own.

I was the primary contact regarding my wife's post-operative physiotherapy, which she received here as part of the Ottawa Hospital's "bundle care" program following her total hip replacement. While the location was conveniently situated with available (but paid) parking, the overall experience was heavily marred by administrative disorganization and facility shortcomings. The communication regarding the "bundle care" coverage was fundamentally incorrect from the outset. I received both an email and a phone call confirming that parking fees were covered and that the treatment included 12 physiotherapy sessions. This specific, detailed information proved false when we arrived, as we were told parking was paid and only 6 sessions were covered. This misinformation was a frustrating and annoying start. The initial reception experience was highly unprofessional. The office entrance was immediately noticeable for being cramped, noisy, and overcrowded. My wife, relying on crutches, had no place to sit because the single available chair was occupied. The receptionist, Jenny, was completely engrossed in a phone call about parking fees and ignored my wife's obvious difficulty standing. It took the intervention of the physiotherapist, Devin, who had to fetch a chair for her. The clinical environment itself was far from ideal. The treatment area lacked adequate privacy because it clearly functioned as a storage and common supply space. Furthermore, the lack of modern office technology meant frustrating delays, such as waiting for printouts of home exercise instructions. The most significant physical limitation was the lack of suitable space for assessment, forcing gait evaluations to be conducted in the general hallway, which seemed insufficient for proper analysis. Despite these issues, the quality of the physiotherapy provided by Devin was excellent. My wife successfully built up her strength and regained her ability to walk thanks to his skilled and patient treatment. He consistently answered all her questions. However, a serious lapse occurred with the essential clinical documentation. My wife requested a written summary of her progress for her regular physiotherapist, and despite several reminders, it was never provided. I personally followed up two working days after the last promise. The staff member I spoke with took a message for Devin, and I made it clear that we needed the notes immediately for an upcoming appointment: "I hope his response will be to get those to you as soon as possible, so they'll be available for your physiotherapist, who you will be seeing tomorrow." The notes were still never sent. In summary, Devin is clearly a dedicated and highly competent therapist doing his best in a poorly managed environment. However, the initial administrative lies about coverage, the inexcusably poor reception conduct by Jenny, the facility's physical limitations, and the repeated failure to provide essential clinical notes significantly detracted from and diminished the quality of the entire experience. Update: we received the notes this morning, unfortunately too late to have ready the my current physiotherapist.

I was referred here by the Ottawa Hospital following a total hip replacement procedure, called “bundle care”. The site was easy to get to and there was ample parking available (for a fee). The administrative team gave us incorrect information about what bundle care covered and parking. My first visit did not create s good impression as the office was very cramped, crowded and noisy upon entering and the only chair was occupied (i was still on crutches). While the receptionist ignored my teetering in order to continue a phone conversation about their parking fees, Devin (physiotherapist) was kind enough to get me a chair. The treatment area was also a common area where many supplies were kept, so privacy was often lacking. The lack of computers also meant that sometimes there was a wait to get a print out of instructions. Also due to the lack of space, the common hallway was where gait was assessed, so it seemed less than optimal. The physiotherapy was effective and helped me to build up strength to walk again, and Devin answered my questions patiently. I did ask for a written summary of my progress to help my regular physio therapist, but despite several reminders, this was not possible. My impression is that he is doing his best in what is clearly a difficult situation. Overall, while the therapist was skilled, the administrative issues, reception experience, and facility limitations significantly detracted from the visit. Update: Got the notes this morning, unfortunately too late to have ready for my current physiotherapist.

Saw Devin re neck pain. Very knowledgeable, kind and empathetic. His treatments and advice were well received and some improvement achieved in 4 sessions. The receptionist is also very pleasant and competent. Overall a very satisfying experience.
