“As a new patient, I wasn't sure what to expect, but my experience with Dr. Mousavi and the entire team exceeded my expectations. I was referred by a family member, and I'm so glad I came. From the moment I walked in, the front desk staff made me feel welcome and were friendly and knowledgeable. The hygienist was incredibly thorough, detail-oriented, and gentle, taking the time to make sure I was comfortable throughout my appointment. Dr. Mousavi was kind, professional, and took the time to explain everything clearly without making me feel rushed. It's reassuring to find a dental office where you genuinely feel cared for. “From the moment I stepped in and was greeted with warmth and friendliness into a welcoming environment. Smooth, seamless transition, resulting in an appointment. - unbelievable hygienist. They did such an efficient job on my teeth and explained everything so carefully.. I didn’t think things could’ve gotten any better, until I actually met the dentist. He took the time to ensure me, that “dental care was more important than just money”, and that there were a number of options available - no matter the situation for anybody. He would “rather do the work first and worry about the payment options later” especially for people needing immediate care. The Maple Ridge location is by far one of the best Dentist office I have yet been to - or wouldn’t have taken the time to write this long review. “I cannot say enough positive things about this dental office and the care I received. My case was complicated and required a root canal with additional considerations, and my dentist handled it with professionalism, skill, and genuine care. He not only treated me thoroughly, but also referred me to a specialist who was well-equipped to manage the more complex aspects of my case. That level of discernment and collaboration gave me so much confidence that I was in the right hands. I have significant anxiety about dental procedures, and throughout the entire process, he was incredibly patient, kind, and supportive. He took the time to explain everything clearly, moved at a pace that felt manageable, and made sure I felt comfortable each step of the way. I never felt rushed or dismissed — only respected and cared for. The dental assistant was equally wonderful — friendly, attentive, and reassuring. The entire atmosphere in the treatment room felt warm and relaxed, with easy conversation and even laughter that helped ease my nerves. The front desk staff have also been exceptional. They have been consistently patient, accommodating, and helpful with scheduling and answering questions. Every interaction has been cordial and welcoming, and they truly make you feel valued as a patient. Overall, this office provides not only excellent clinical care, but also a genuinely warm and supportive experience.
