“As someone who has chronic tension and pain in my shoulders from work and TMJ issues that double it, I'm so happy to have found this studio. Ana is incredible at pin pointing problem areas, I came in feeling stressed, tired and tense and left feeling considerably more relaxed with the tension noticeably alleviated.
