If it is your first time visiting the clinic, if you have a new area of concern or if it has been greater than 4 months since your last appointment with us, please schedule an ASSESSMENT OR INITIAL ASSESSMENT. Please note we do not accept patients seeking treatment for a work related injury (WSIB). If your injury is a result of a motor vehicle accident please contact the clinic directly to book your assessment.
When scheduling FOLLOW UP appointments, please chose the same practitioner with whom you completed the assessment with.
CANCELLATION POLICY Please be aware that 24 hours notice is required for cancellation of all appointments, or you may be directly charged for the full amount of your missed appointment.

We do review all bookings and may adjust the appointment type based on the information in your file. If any changes are made to your booking, you will receive an email notification. If you would prefer to speak to one of our administrative team please call 519-766-7774 to book during business hours or you can leave us a message and we will get back to you.
Wellness screening: We are committed to maintaining a safe and healthy place for all who enter our clinic. Prior to each appointment you will receive, via email, an online wellness screening questionnaire. Please complete this questionnaire to help us stay healthy and able to provide care. Masking is optional in the clinic, based on your personal health situation. If you would like your practitioner to wear a mask, please let us know when you arrive .

“A child of ours attended a few physio sessions here. We missed one appointment and looked to reschedule at a later date until we realized that this office was e-mailing, calling and leaving relentless messages to the two of us, demanding immediate payment with little regard or understanding. It was overbearing. We decided not to return here once we were notified that this payment was going to be sent to collections. This office has little regard m/understanding for busy parents with busy schddules. Would NOT recommended.”Read moreShow less

“Ben is very thorough, knowledgeable and provides a lot of expertise and experience as a physiotherapist. I have gone to Ben for various issues involving hand, shoulder and neck issues and his techniques have brought much needed relief from any pain and also additional strength through the exercises he prescribed. Ben will be honest with you and he is also a great listener and very supportive of your needs. I would highly recommend Ben if you require any physio. The appointment scheduling system is very efficient as you received reminders just before your appointment. Anna is also very very efficient and very pleasant to deal with.”Read moreShow less

“After speaking with sports specialist, orthopedic surgeons and experienced PTs and telling them about the care I received at this clinic I'm extremely disappointed. Due to not being stretched intensely enough post surgery, it set me back and the rehab that would have taken 3-6 months will now take 6-9 months. The girl I had was younger and incompetent. I would encourage others to go to a clinic where they have more experience and are more educated. This clinic also charges $85/hour opposed to others I went to that are only $70/hour.”Read moreShow less

“Manual Concepts Physiotherapy is the best clinic I have ever attended. Right from the initial phone call to set up an introductory appointment to my treatments. The staff have been very professional and personable. The clinic practices Covid safety measures which is very much appreciated. It's extremely clean from treatment rooms to the washroom. I am so fortunate to have Tyler Czerny as my physiotherapist. Tyler is very knowledgeable & professional. He really cares about his patients. So much so, he went the "extra mile" for me. I am recovering from majour cancer surgery. Tyler wrote to my surgeons recommending a customized lymphatic sleeve and lymphatic massage to help reduce the swelling in my arm. “Highly recommended! I would not hesitate to recommend Manual Concepts to anybody else looking for expertise physiotherapy treatment. Each therapist is highly skilled and knowledgeable. Patients are encouraged to participate in their treatment care plan with consideration given to real life challenges. The office staff are always pleasant and accommodating. “I have been going to this clinic for five years. I drive 45 minutes from my house to go here. They have gone above and beyond for me. I brought my baby into the clinic while I was receiving treatment and the staff would walk around with her and coo at her during my appointments to keep her from crying. They work with my crazy work schedule, I constantly change and cancel my appointments and they never complain. If you are in chronic pain, Scott Whitmore is the guy to see. He knows what he's doing and he really helps with my issues. I also see Amanda (Mandy) the massage therapist who is by far the best massage therapist I've ever had. My only complaint is because the clinic is so great, you have book appointments months in advance. I would highly recommend this clinic.”Read moreShow less
