“I have been quite impressed by the quality of service from this clinic. Kumar my therapist has gone above and beyond keeping me informed on what I should be doing, expecting, and avoiding in order to achieve full recovery to my ulnar styloid fracture. I have received a wealth of information that not only accelerated my recovery, but will also increase my quality of life in the future. The reception team was also wonderfull to deal with, with Kaitlin and Dahlia often times politely accommodating my needs by moving appointment times or rescheduling if needed. I will definitely be coming here in the future if needed and have been recomending to friends and family not only the clinic itself, but also many of the tips and tricks I learned during my visits.”

“I have been a client of BOTP Manotick for 10 months. The administrative staff are warm, professional, and willing to accommodate as much as possible. I have required the services of massage therapy and physiotherapy. My RMT - James - is an engaging and knowledgeable therapist. He checks in every session to ask how I have been since the last session, noting if there are any new issues, or how I was feeling that day. He then tailors his therapy based on that information. As such, I always come out feeling better than when I walked in. From a physiotherapy perspective, Nicole is a consummate professional. She is extremely knowledgeable and explained the root cause of my issue, not just the symptom. She provides excellent guidance on the exercises to be undertaken, and follows up through the use of an app, with reminders of how to do those exercises. One thing which impressed me a lot, was the use of metrics at each session. She did a baseline measurement of my issue on the first day, then every session she would re-measure to determine progress. I would recommend BOPT Manotick to any of my friends.”

After my mva the insurance had me set up in the city for an appointment but I live in Manotick so I called Back on Track here in the village and the lovely ladies at the front desk had me set up the same day. Then I met Nicole for my appointment and she has taken such good care of my recovery. Explaining each step along the way. The ladies here have all been encouraging, thoughtful and kind! Highly recommend ☆”
