If you don’t find a suitable appointment time online, please email info@mamawellnessco.ca or call 902-329-8699. There are additional appointment times that are not available for online booking. For breastfeeding/chestfeeding support physiotherapy, especially in the case of suspected clogged ducts or mastitis, contact us directly as these appointments are time-sensitive, and we aim to schedule them within 24 hours.
Please note: Mama Wellness Co does not direct bill private insurances at this time. Once payment is received, a receipt will be provided for you to submit to your private insurance company for reimbursement. Cancellation Policy: we require that you allow 48 hours notice to reschedule or cancel your appointment. Any appointments that are rescheduled or cancelled with less than 48 hours notice will be charged an insufficient notice fee that is 50% of the appointment cost. If an appointment is missed entirely with no notice given, you will be charged the full cost of the missed appointment. These fees may be waived in the event of sudden illness and in emergency situations at the discretion of the physiotherapist.
