“I've been seeing Kevin Kim for a couple years now and he is definitely the best RMT I've ever had. He knows the tension spots and knots and the pressure is hard to my preference. “I’m extremely frustrated and honestly shocked by how poorly this was handled. When I called, I very clearly asked if I could use my girlfriend’s insurance, and at no point was I told that I had to be on her policy. That’s not a small detail — that’s the entire basis of whether I would book the appointment or not. After the massage, I asked to have her name put on the receipt, and suddenly I’m told it’s not possible? Are you kidding me? If her insurance couldn’t be used, why wasn’t that made 100% clear over the phone? Why let me go through with the appointment at all? This feels like a complete waste of time and money, caused entirely by your lack of proper communication. “Great massage with fascia release. Immersive and focused on a few areas. It was a relaxing and comforting massage. I wish I had the choice to suggest classical or calming music instead of coffee house pop songs.”

“I go here to specifically see Moe. I've been seeing him for years due to an ongoing ICBC case. I followed him from another clinic to this one. That's how good he is. I've seen a lot of therapists Over the years and he is BY FAR the best that I've had. His knowledge of the body is absolutely astonishing. Lots of time I come in with very limited mobility, lots of stiffness, and a decent amount of pain. He is able to get me moving and feeling better every time. Over the years he has been able to increase my quality of life when it comes to my injuries and I can't praise him enough for it. He is great at making sure you are aware of what's going on with your treatment and that you are ok with how he is treating you or with the treatment plan before anything is done which is awesome. I cannot recommend him enough, and there is definitely a reason he is booked up way in advance. He's also just an incredibly solid and good human. He really cares about his patients and their wellness/wellbeing and it shows. As for the clinic in general, the front desk staff are all amazing. Sandra and Mia are great and super friendly. When it comes to booking they try their best to find times that work best with your schedule. They just make the whole experience super easy and super comfortable which is awesome. The clinic is always clean and organized and it doesn't have a very clinical feel which gives it a comfy vibe. It's located on Hastings in Burnaby which is a busy street but there is lots of parking on the side streets and it is very easy to get to. Overall just a great place to go to when it comes to soft tissue treatments and I highly recommend it.”Read moreShow less

“I booked for January 1st 2025 massage in December 2024 where the rate said it was $130. Online websites did not mention increase in fee. On day of my massage I see on their website increase to $140. Receptionist kept saying how their on site sign warned pt about increase in price but I haven’t gone there for a year. She offered to cancel massage but 0 accountability for blind sighting patients of increase or contacting pt of increase in fee.”Read moreShow less

“I have been going to Mainland Massage Therapy for over three months, with James Markos as my massage therapist. He is incredibly professional, always provides targeted exercises for my back and neck in each session. James educates me on improving my posture, which has been a significant help with my previous back and neck pain. I highly recommend him—he’s patient, listens carefully, and applies just the right amount of pressure, never too hard or too soft. “Rachelle Potter is an amazing RMT! Had several treatments for low back injury and the treatments were extremely helpful. The massages are incredibly uplifting and I have noticed a major improvement in mood after a massage. I strongly recommend. Also really appreciate the front desk staff who are great.
