“I really like Dr.Singh. He is caring and considerate. I am a very nervous patient requiring sedatives for dental work. Dr.Singh and his assistants make me as comfortable as possible. “I just moved to Penticton and absolutely love it here. Yesterday, I was experiencing EXTREME dental pain. After calling around to different dentists who couldn't see me, I was referred to Main St Dental by several receptionists mainly because the do emergencies and also advertise that they do. I called and left a message. The receptionist called me back and right away was aggressive. I explained, through tears of pain, that I was referred to Main St Dental and she laughed at me. She then proceeded to yell at me that Dr Singh was leaving in days to India and "what was she supposed to do? Stop his plane????" I was delirious in pain, fighting back tears and she was treating me so awful. I asked if there was another dentist available as they advertise they do emergencies. She got even more mad and hung up on me.... I understand that dentists are busy but to treat an emergency case with such a total lack of empathy is absolutely horrible. I ended up going to Bite Dental and they were soooooo helpful and supportive. Dr Dawn heard my pain and helped me right away. I hope Dr Singh reads this because if she treated me like this in my desperate time of need, I can only imagine how she treats other patients.”Read moreShow less

“I broke a tooth off over the Holiday. Called on Jan 2nd and they fit me right in. New account for them. I had the best interview and service from Dr Singh and their staff were so helpful. Today I got the tooth pulled and I have never had a tooth pulled so quickly! Highly recommend you go there! Everyone is so careing making it a good experience!”Read moreShow less

“I really can not say enough good things about this Doctor and the staff. It’s a very rare thing to have someone care the way Doctor S does. He’s kind and patient and cares about my pain. “I had a dental emergency that required immediate attention, and Dr. Singh, Bree, and the staff were so amazing!! They accommodated me so quickly and got me in so fast. Dr. Singh took the time and care to deal with me and my circumstances to the best of his ability and also kept in mind my safety through the whole procedure. He and his staff really calmed me down in a really stressful time and talked me through everything. Days after the procedure, the office was checking up on how I was doing. I really appreciate Dr. Singh and his kindness and attention to detail and safety. He is really caring and doesn't want to put people out on thier pocket books either which was super kind. “Cleaning went well, the dentist was really rough and kept poking gums and causing a lot of pain. He had little care to the level of comfort. He was so rough, had to stand up and tell him he wasn’t touching my teeth anymore. Too aggressive and too little care for clients.
