“I just took my mom there for her 11:00 appointment but the staff told me that she has no appointment today. However their system shows that someone already called us for making appointment reminder. So I told them that it’s a lady who spoke with me on the phone and she scheduled my mom appointment for today at 11:00, April 2nd, 2026. The staff only could let my mom wait for one hour for her turn, I did ask my mom but she couldn’t wait because she is a final stage renal failure patient and has to be on dialysis every day so I understand it is very difficult for her to wait that long. I told the staff my mom situation and I said that this is not our mistake but your staff obviously has made a big mistake. There was no apology or even a sorry. I was so upset and angry. So please, you people don’t even bother to call us again…. ever . We are so done with you guys. 😡😡p.s. the ⭐️doesn’t mean anything just because I have to click on it so that I can write my comment”

“Everyone here is great they're highly communicative and quick communicators. Dr. Shen is a calm and collected professional and the girls at the front desk (Brenda and Winnie) are very organised nice and friendly. Highly recommend this optometrist, much faster than Specsavers and feels much more professional.”
