“I have been a patient at this clinic since the day they opened, and after all these years, I can honestly say their quality of service has been consistent and I have never been disappointed with my dental care. As someone who worries a lot about my teeth and gets anxious about dental visits, finding a clinic where I feel completely comfortable and cared for means everything to me. Dr. Malik is truly exceptional — professional, knowledgeable, compassionate, and always patient in explaining every treatment clearly. He has a calm and reassuring approach that immediately puts you at ease, and you can genuinely feel how much he cares about his patients’ oral health and well-being. I have always trusted his advice completely, and that trust has only grown stronger over the years. The entire team deserves recognition as well. From the warm welcome at reception to the caring and attentive staff assisting during appointments, as they are always friendly, organized, respectful, and accommodating. I also want to give special appreciation to the amazing hygienists and dental assistants at the clinic. They truly are an important part of what makes this clinic so exceptional. Their kindness, patience, and gentle care make such a huge difference, especially for patients like me who can feel anxious about dental visits. “I can't say enough good things about Mainsquare Dental. From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere was welcoming, professional, and nothing like the cold, clinical vibe I've experienced elsewhere. The front desk team was efficient and friendly, handling my insurance check and appointment scheduling without any hassle. They even sent a text reminder the day before, which I really appreciated. My hygienist was incredibly gentle but thorough, explaining what she was doing at each step. The dentist came in right on time, reviewed my X-rays clearly, and gave me honest, practical advice—no upselling, just solid care. The office itself is spotless, modern, and well-organized. “Dr. Malik ,Suman the hygienist and Jaga the receptionist are all very professional and kind. It is a very friendly atmosphere with a human touch. Jaga always accommodates my request to schedule my appointments. I have been associated with this office for the past 3 years. Suman has been my hygienist since then. “I attended this dental clinic when I began feeling some sensitivity a few years back. This was not an easy step for me because I have always had tooth issues and I’m careful with who touch my teeth. The staff are probably the most extremely polite bunch of people to offer services. As for Dr. Malik, that man is the truth! Fast forward to now that they have moved locations, this growth is what I like to see. The waiting rooms are bigger, the environment is more beautiful and bless that lady who did the artworks. I feel so much like family each time I visit. And everyone I have introduced to this clinic has had nothing but excellent experiences. To have a dentist who knows the job to a ‘t’ and be surrounded by the most respectable, friendly staff, makes this clinic the best in the whole of East York. “I had a wonderful experience here. The staff was friendly, polite and professional. They took the time to answer my questions and the dentist was really kind in explaining my results. Covid Safety protocols were followed. 10/10 would recommend. Very caring people. 2 year update: I’ve come back for a number of fillings, cleanings and X-rays.
