“I've been having upper back pain for the past two weeks and Cher did an amazing job. Pressure was perfect and she always made sure I was comfortable. Cher also taught me some stretches and home remedies to relieve muscle tension. I've been to their Jefferson location previously and I really loved the ambience of the new location. It was clean, warm and welcoming. I also enjoyed the music, warm bed and truly appreciated the quiet time. I left my massage appointment feeling relaxed and refreshed. “I would absolutely recommend Ivy as your massage therapist!! I have always been nervous to get a massage but the environment at Main Focus Massage is very calm and welcoming! Ivy made sure I was comfortable the whole time! She did an assessment and recommended what she wanted to focus on during the appointment! I ended up booking another one the following week because I felt the benefits immediately and wanted to take advantage of the last of my benefits! “I love that Main Focus is SUPER clean and tidy! I have really bad back pain due to my scoliosis and Cher has helped ease the pain and discomfort I feel almost every single day. I love going to Cher because she knows to use the right amount of pressure on me. “I’ve got a “nurse’s back”, stiff, sore… if I don’t get massages I always end up with migraines. Been looking for the right massage therapist for a while, till I stumbled on Ivy. She’s great! She gets all the right spots and I don’t even have to tell her where my sore spots on my back. She gives the right amount of pressure and makes sure the stiff areas are released.
