“This was my first experience with acupuncture as I was referred due to pregnancy complications. Krysta was so thorough on her intake and very specifically addressed my needs as they changed through each appointment. She was incredibly warm and lovely through the treatments and also gave many suggestions for long term health care planning after our sessions wrapped up. I cannot recommend her enough!”

“I was stuck in Summerland for the day and was looking for a yoga class. I found Mai LIfe on the web and showed up for the 10:30 Wed class. Krysta does yoga with ballet-like grace, and teaches with a lovely voice and sense of humor. The studio is small, seats seven max, and has leafy views in every direction. Tea is served before and after class.”
