“After my major car accident I have been blessed to have the opportunity to have my recovery journey with the staff at Mackenzie Medical. They all are knowledgeable, trustworthy, encouraging. And positive. There have been plenty of days where I have not felt the greatest and down but I can usally count on the girls to put a smile on my face and get me through my recovery day. “An excellent experience at this physio clinic. Their approach is truly comprehensive—focusing not just on treatment, but on strengthening and building long-term stability. Nupur and the rest of the staff are incredibly caring and genuinely want to see you achieve the best results. When the main physio was away, the operations manager was extremely respectful and ensured everything continued smoothly, which I really appreciated.
