“Had an initial visit today with Alan. He was very thorough in background and history questions prior to starting, and this is the most heard I have ever felt at any of my treatments or appointments in my life. He was extremely knowledgeable and explained everything he was doing and why!! I came out very relaxed and feeling so much better than I did when I arrived. I received so much more information about my body, where pain comes from and how I can help my pain at home. I learned how to properly relax muscles prior to stretching, and doing so in a gentle manner. Exceptionally positive experience!! I will absolutely be going back!!
