“Both myself and my partner have gone to Tara - myself for pelvic floor, which can be very intimidating and extremely vulnerable. I felt very comfortable, calm and relieve to be treated by Tara. She is knowledgeable with experience and understood all my problems without making me feel humiliated. Thanks to her I am able to bounce with my kids and sneeze with no problems! As for my husband, she was constantly nagging to me about his shoulder pain from a snow mobile accident 3 years ago. I immediately sent him to tara and I have not heard a peep from him about his shoulder pain. WAY TO GO TARA 🙌🏻 also a side note - she is a solo practitioner so the experience you have with her is WAY better than a clinic setting, she isn’t rushed with multiple clients at a time, therefor she is thorough and actually wants you to get better!”Read moreShow less

“I started working with Tara by recommendation from my massage therapist to help control headaches. I had also been working with an osteopath in conjunction with the massage therapist for more than a year, I was hesitant to introduce yet another therapy but am forever thankful I did. Tara was able to use different techniques to help with muscle tension and relieve me of my headaches. She took dedicated time to show me home exercises and ensure I was doing them properly. She does not critique you and does not shame you when you fall behind on home exercises because she gets life is busy. After working with her for about a year, Tara then treated me during my pregnancy and postpartum to help with support through my midsection, back and pelvic floor. She has continued to treat my pelvic floor post partum to help me regain strength without over doing it. Tara is always professional but so approachable with any questions. She always explains procedures to me and helps me to understand which treatments are most beneficial, she is upfront and realistic about timelines so realistic goals can be set. Tara dedicates her time to you and you alone when booking treatments. Tara has helped me to work with my insurance company as needed in order to help get devices covered as well as therapy in order to make the best improvements at home when able. Tara continues to support and uplift me not only physically through therapy but mentally. She is an absolutely wonderful person who will cheer you on from every angle in order to make you feel better as soon as possible. While we are still working together of my body’s weaknesses, the difference I have seen working with her is remarkable. I would not be where I am today or able to do the things I am doing without her help. We still have progress to be made, but I am far from where I used to be. I would encourage and recommend anyone to seek treatment from her.”Read moreShow less

“Tara was a lifesaver after post shoulder surgery complications. She always listened to my questions and concerns and always made sure I understood everything after each appointment. I wouldn’t be back to sports if it wasn’t for her!”

“I’ve been prone to shoulder injuries for the past few years. I’ve tried a few different modalities, but no luck. I had several recommendations for Tara from friends and family so I booked an appointment. I couldn’t be happier with that decision. After being assessed, she explained to me what was likely causing my problems, worked on them, gave me electro acupuncture (I’m terrified of needles and it wasn’t bad at all!) and prescribed me exercises to do at home to help correct the issues. In a couple weeks I was feeling significantly less pain and have been pain free for months now! I couldn’t recommend Tara enough, very knowledgeable and a genuine care for her patients well-being.”Read moreShow less

Tara is professional, kind, caring and genuine. I have recommended her to others and will continue to do so. Thank you Tara. ☺️”Read moreShow less

“Tara is AMAZING! I was nervous going to someone for pelvic floor therapy but she made the whole experience comfortable. She made me feel heard and I can tell that she truly cares. She looks at the body as a whole and helps you work towards less discomfort with her exercises. I look forward to her return after Mat leave!”Read moreShow less

“I can't say enough positive things about Tara. I've been dealing with insertional Achilles tendonitis for so long that I can't even remember when it started—at least since 2019. The pain from my injury was often very debilitating, often causing me to limp. I had seen other physiotherapists in the past, but none were able to help. Others suggested that I stop running completely to heal, but the injury would always return as soon as I started running again. Tara took a completely different approach—she encouraged me to keep running while giving me targeted, tailored exercises to help strengthen my Achilles and heal properly. Five months later, my injury is virtually gone, and for the first time in years, I feel truly optimistic about my running future. As an avid runner, this means the world to me. Tara is simply incredible, and I tell anyone who will listen about how amazing she is. Because she runs a one-person practice, you get her full, undivided attention throughout each session, which is something I haven't experienced with other physiotherapists. When I first came to her, she thoroughly assessed my injury with various physical tests, even having me run on a treadmill to get a complete picture of the issue. Her dedication, expertise, and personalized approach have made all the difference. If you're a runner—or anyone dealing with a long-term injury—I highly recommend Tara. She has truly transformed my experience with physiotherapy, and I’m so grateful to her for helping me get back to doing what I love.”Read moreShow less
