“Visiting McKenzie Smith ! She’s great! Just not working for me! She wasn’t sure it would be a free consultation or a full session? Visited us for 30 min and without telling us charged us 155$ for full 50 min session! A very true scam!!! Can’t believe!!! Also to me quite unprofessional not to asking a head what is the reason of visiting her! Also confronting me that I booked another counselor???? I thought it would be very confidential!!! “The clinic itself is bright, clean and welcoming, and after several months of working work with Brett, I can say with confidence that she is the best counselor I have ever had. She has worked with me to build a safe, and caring space where I feel comfortable expressing whatever comes up for me. Brett always shows up with curiousity and compassion, and continually impresses me both with her insight into emotions and behavior, and her ability to apply that knowledge in a way that leaves space for my own understanding and interpretation of it.
