“absolute worst location. I had a prescription for contact lenses and when I showed up for my prescription, i was told to schedule an appointment for the optometrist to VERIFY IF, the had lenses in stock. as if they couldn’t verify then and there. very lazy”

“If it wasnt for Dr Cindy Wong, who is a wonderful optometrist and even the best I have ever meet, I will never come to this establishment again in my life ,,. From the veiled woman who is the gerant, to the receptionnist , service is arrogant rude and un professional . Twice they forgot to call me to confirm the appointments for my children, and even once they cancelled an appointment , I wrote it on my calendar at home and I showed up on time , to be told me that if there was an appointment they would gave called me the day before . But Dr wong was comprehensive and accepted to take my son to not come back another day after school again . Today wednedsay 11th december, I haf an appointment at 4 pm for my son Charles Malkoun Gagné. Yesterday NOBODY called me to confirm. I called this morning at 9.30 am, a young man answered and told me I was right, yesterday nobody called me, and I have an appointment today . I hope you register the calls on the phone ... When I showed up at the receptionnist , a young lady with long hair , she was on the phone with a relative of her, she didnt let the phone and whikr talking she asked me if the appointment was for Charles Malkoun Gagné “and Clément “. Who is Clement ? I told her it is only for one child, Charles. She recognized her mistake . Then I told her nobody called me yesterday to confirm, and last time they was a mistake also . She raised her voice and lied that her girfirend confirmed she called me and left a voice message , there was absolutely no voice message nor their missed call on my phone . She was arguing despiteful and didnt let me explain. She asked for the Ramq card without saying please or thank you . with a condescendant look. After 30 mimutes the boy Clement arrived . “Went there and said that I was shopping for new frames and wanted to try some and find what would suit me best. The woman working there gave me a dirty look and told me not to try on too many. I don't know why she would say something like that to a potential customer. Instantly left without trying anything on. If you are looking for good customer service, do not go here.”Read moreShow less

“The worst experience for my wife ever, and not because it is now post Covid, generally. What should have been a relatively easy eye exam, after my wife bought the most expensive titanium frame and prescription glasses 4 years ago, it was time for another exam turned into the worst nightmare possible. Their junior, inexperienced ( in their 20’s) optometrists managed to screw up three different exams by three different so called “ Doctors “ - which they are not, and to add insult to injury, when , after about two months plus, and many apologies by their “ senior “ management “ the third try of new lenses, another “ help” on the floor managed to break the expensive titanium frame while trying to put the wrong lens in on the wrong side! This resulted in total embarrassment by New Look and the junior manager promptly asked my in tears wife if she wanted a refund for the lenses she never got, installed her old, to be changed lenses into a new metal frame, akin to the former, but hardly the same quality and happily paid her the monies back for the new lenses! No mention of the damaged titanium frame. Needless to say this is worthy of a report to the Quebec Order of Optometrists and have them deal with the unbelievable height of ignorance, lack of professionalism to say the least.”Read moreShow less

“It took more than a month waiting for a response from my glasses, they do not contact you to tell you the status of your glasses and mention that the laboratory was late. He hoped at least the glasses don't have any problem otherwise it will be another wait of one more month. I clarify the staff is very friendly, the after sales service not so much.”Read moreShow less

“I am very affortunated in finding this place. People are very friendly. I order a set of safety glasses and they are the best quality glasses I ever bought. Timing for my pick up?? they had it ready faster than I expected. I really recommend this place.”
