“I have been seeing Ashley Saunders for almost 5 years now. She is very kind and genuine. She takes an all-encompassing approach to care; meaning she will recommend things you can do at home to improve symptoms or other methods of care that may benefit your ailments. At the beginning of each session she will ask how you are doing and what you wish to focus on and then will customize her treatment to what you need. Ashley is also a wonderful person and relaxing to talk to. I find chatting with her during the session is just as helpful for relaxing and unwinding as the physical treatment.
