“Luna is absolutely amazing! She truly has magical hands. I’ve tried many different massage therapists before, but Luna stands out by far. She knows exactly where to focus and how to release tension—it feels like she can read your body. Everything was very clean, professional, and relaxing, and her technique is exceptional. If you’re looking for someone who really knows what they’re doing, I highly recommend Luna. I’ll definitely be coming back!”

“The front of house staff are fantastic. They were very transparent about insurance and billing from the start. It turned out we had mixed up this location with a different massage clinic of a similar name. We had to call and cancel last minute, and were treated with utmost respect and understanding. We will definitely be booking at this location in the future, even with it being further than our other massage place we got it mixed up with.”

“It’s incredible to see how much Luna Spa has evolved since they were in the basement. Their new space is stunning! This is is second time I’ve been to the new location and I had two different rooms on each visit. I really like that every single room feels different and has its own special vibe. I’m very happy with the experience; all the staff is very sweet and they really make you feel appreciated even before you get to the appointment. I would definitely recommend!”

“I had the best massage ever with Nicole. I read some reviews and was a little skeptical about how things would be here, but it exceeded expectations. The location is upstairs, I called the receptionist when I arrived outside because the intercom wasn't working and she came out right away to let me up. Once I got in the room, Nicole introduced herself and asked what type of pressure I wanted, which I said 'hard' and she delivered. She probably got out every knot in my back and legs. Highly recommend cupping, because that was very well executed. I didn't hear much to any outside noise, and the music was lovely (with no youtube ads, which i read from another review). Overall, it isn't the most luxurious spa but definitely delivered in the quality of massage, and I HIGHLY recommend requesting Nicole.”

“I had a massage with Nicole and overall it was a good experience. The foot massage was the best out of the overall session. My back and shoulders also felt much more relieved and at ease afterward. The head massage felt a bit too brief and could have been more thorough. I would appreciate it if the therapist could introduce themselves before the session. Overall a descent experience.”

“They have friendly staff and customer service, but the experience was not ideal. I unfortunately had a terrible experience here today. I came for a 60 minute massage with face massage and I was not very impressed with the location at first, but decided to give them a chance based on reviews. It was not very welcoming and I don’t even know the name of the RMT as no one told me and she did not introduce herself. The staff were nice, but the location and experience is terrible. There was construction going on during my entire massage and I could hear all conversations and noises from the waiting room. I was cold, uncomfortable and could not relax. They play music off of youtube and it went to ads during my massage too. I’m sure the rmt is good it was an OK massage and she was nice but i left feeling stressed out and less relaxed than when i came in. I will not be returning and unfortunately do not recommend unless they change location and focus on the more spa relaxing experience.”
