“I was diagnosed with vaginismus and was referred for pelvic floor physiotherapy by my gynecologist. When I was looking online for someone in Calgary who specializes in this condition, Lumira Wellness came up and I watched Cora’s video where she talked about vaginismus. That immediately made me feel like I had found the right place to go. I have only great things to say about Cora. From the very first appointment, she made me feel extremely comfortable discussing something that can be quite personal and difficult to talk about. Over the past three months of seeing her, I’ve experienced tremendous improvement in my condition. What I appreciate most is how kind, patient, and completely non-judgmental she is. She creates such a safe and supportive environment, which made a huge difference in helping me overcome the shame and anxiety I initially felt about my diagnosis. “The best gift that you can possibly give to your body. Booked a reflexology session with Liana and it was life changing. She’s such a delightful, passionate and kind human being. I felt at home, as if we were in an extended part of my home and this boosted even more the benefits of the treatment. I had done feet reflexology before but never saw such an immediate change in sleep and digestion on that same day.
