A valid credit or debit card is required to secure your appointment. A $50 +tax deposit will be made at the time of booking. This deposit will be deducted from the total cost of your treatment at the appointment. After scheduling, you will receive an intake form via email. Please complete this form prior to your visit.
No shows will also result in a 50% charge of the service booked.

We kindly ask for 48 hours notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment.
Cancellations or rescheduling with less than 48 hours notice will incur a 50% fee of the service booked.

If you are more than 10 minutes late, we may need to reschedule your appointment to ensure our schedule runs smoothly. In such cases, a cancellation fee may apply.

“I’ve had several procedures done with Melat, including lip filler, masseter Botox, marionette line filler, and PCDC, and every one of them has healed beautifully. One thing I really appreciate is that, unlike some other places I’ve consulted with, Melat has never tried to upsell me on more expensive treatments or push procedures I didn’t need. She takes the time to fully explain everything beforehand, making sure you understand the process, expected results, and aftercare before moving forward.
