“I have been visiting your clinic for over two years, and I would like to say that I have always appreciated the kindness and professionalism of your staff. Until now, I have not had any concerns. However, during my visit today, I experienced something that caused me concern. The glutathione was added to my IV bag while it was still approximately halfway full, rather than toward the end of the infusion. I understand that the clinic may have been busy, especially on the weekend, and that staff may have been working efficiently. However, I am concerned that this may not align with proper administration procedures. After my treatment, I discussed this with the doctor, who mentioned that it would not have a significant impact. However, based on my understanding, glutathione is a sensitive substance that can be affected by exposure to light and air, and its effectiveness may be reduced when mixed prematurely with other components. I would appreciate it if you could clarify your clinic’s protocol for administering glutathione and whether this practice is considered appropriate. “I had a great experience at this clinic! The staff were incredibly nice, respectful, and patient throughout my visit. Their customer service was excellent — they were very accommodating and made sure I felt comfortable the entire time. The clinic itself has a calm and relaxing atmosphere. It was a bit cold, but they kindly offered blankets and tea, which was such a thoughtful touch. You can really tell they care about making the experience as pleasant as possible. I would suggest a sign on the main road to locate the clinic. I was kinda confused at first but that’s a minor issue. I would still definitely recommend this place to others.”Read moreShow less

“This place is like an oasis in the city. The staff here are outstanding, everyone is so kind and helpful. The doctors are extremely knowledgeable, professional and are always there to support, guide and give you any information you need. They have snacks and ginger candies, all kinds of teas and water.
