“Loved my experience here. The spa is beautiful, relaxing, and feels like a true escape from the city. My facial was excellent, especially the LED light therapy, my skin felt hydrated, smooth, and glowing afterward. The staff were professional and welcoming, and the overall experience was both relaxing and refreshing. “Absolutely wonderful experience from start to finish. The spa was a very clean and calming environment. The staff made my friend and I feel welcomed the moment we walked in and throughout our services. The red light therapy bed was warm and relaxing and our facials left our skin feeling refreshed and rejuvenated. “Alyssa Gilbert was amazing! My partner purchased the Self-Love Retreat for me as a Valentine's Gift and my experience at Luma Wellness felt so special. It felt like the 3 hours were allotted just for me. It really did feel like a guide journey curated for my well being. I was so relaxed after my appointment, I ended up having a nap at home and the most rested sleep I have had in a while. Specific things I appreciated about the facial included; how thoughtful Alyssa was asking me about my preferences and giving me options for the order in which we did things, she asked if things were still comfortable for me like the temperature of the bed, the pace of the treatment, and even introducing things she was about to initiate so that the temperature changes or sensations weren't a complete surprise. “Incredible experience at Luma Wellness! Firstly, the spa is amazing - from the moment you walk in, everything is beautiful, polished, clean and in pristine condition. The infrared sauna is one of the best I've ever tried - spacious, light therapy bar, bluetooth / great speaker system, and ability to customize everything. Never mind that it's in a private room with a shower for the ultimate experience! Facial - Alyssa did a great job customizing my Cool Peel facial - I left glowing and got an amazing massage in the process. Perfect from start to finish.
