Victor Tran, RMT — direct billing is available for most insurance providers, except Medavie Blue Cross(Pending). Please contact us to confirm whether your insurer is eligible for direct billing.

A minimum 24-hour notice is required for cancellations or rescheduling, in accordance with our cancellation policy. Failure to provide notice, or a no-show, will result in the full treatment fee being charged. However, if we are able to fill the appointment slot, no charge will be made. We will make every effort to fill the spot in such cases.

We do not direct bill ICBC for massage therapy. However, we do offer direct billing to ICBC for acupuncture treatments.

We are NOT currently accepting WorksafeBC and MSP patient.

Emily is sweet , Andy gives a strong massage, good outcome every time. Jeff is amazing and knowledgeable, Bipan is strong and knows what area always hurts, Valeria has strong hands and is so sweet, Darcy is one of my favs as he gets my stuck muscles and amazing rapport. Mook is dedicated to ensure you have a great massage every time. I tried Renee for acupuncture and it was so relaxing . I love the free tea and the relaxing vibe. “Love Emily she’s a great RMT and we always have fun conversation!! We normally do regular massage but last week I tried her hot stone massage and it was amazing I’m definitely doing that again. Alina is the front desk staff and she’s funny and delightful. She’s very helpful and I couldn’t ask for a better friendly face to greet me at lucid!!
